NY state brand is high crime thanks to the mayor's incompetence.
Kansas has a brand, as does every state.
Some of Kansas' brands is love of God and Country, the country's largest producer of wheat, and a large producer of oil that provides energy to the country including NY. According to the NY mayor's 'explanation' as to how NY has a 'brand' unlike Kansas, he said:
"NY has a brand, and when people see it, it means something"
