Believe the seconds may also be very important. Hell, check them with posts and common words right here on QRG.
Ever see a POTUS post and swear "Didn't I just read that somewhere else (here)?!" and dismiss it as deja vu or "hivemind" or something? We'd probably be a little freaked out at first when the words & t-stamps/digits DO match. 'Convinced'' POTUS/his Team see every word posted here. Would it suprprise any anon?
