Here's the deal.

We all have something to contribute.

But there are priorities.

Best to pay less attention to opining and "your way" of doing things and more attention to things like accuracy (there are four dead links in the notes above).

Also: to pay attention when baker on duty says NO to note-taker.

If so, wait for next baker to sign in - then ask if help is needed.

If so, PICK UP NOTES FROM WHERE WHEN BAKER #1 LEFT OFF.

Not before.

That's respect.

Especially goes for NEW bakers and note-takers. Deserve our help and respect while learning. Got it?

>Pre-checkin by baker

you make a good point.

if a baker thinks he can be there in 20 minutes, fine.

Original baker can either ghost or stay.

If he stays, he's in charge till signout. So listen to him while he's on duty, plz.

New baker can check in when ready to bake. New cycle starts.

>trashed

You are not getting trashed. This is feedback.

When note-taking, we all step back - defer to baker. I do it, BVs do it, it is the way it's done.

You think other bakers/notetakers haven't gone thru the same and worse? They have. The good ones stayed and kept learning.

This is Flint, baker, not Jim. Your contribution is appreciated. It is not however better or worse than any other baker. None is special, we just do our jobs as best we can.
