This will either happen before the next election undermining biden, or it will happen during his next term. But there are still other plot points to consider, Military, 25th amendment, voter fraud and the elections. Not sure how each story point is woven but it depends really on what plot point is done next. Since they are all happening kinda at the same time its hard to see which one has the most potential into snapping into reality.
