Anon can't recall where anon saw it yesterday; someone speculated, regarding the news that there were already 250k Russians who had fled to other countries - that those fleeing might be, those who are already signed up!
In other words, "make war by deception" works for more than just one country.
So seeing this today, combined with what anon saw last night - looks like almost 100k of those 250k soldiers made it to Kazakhstan? We live in interesting times… :)
