Today is a good day. A good day for freedom of speech and in persona, for Ursula Haverbeck.
Our Ursula was able to successfully challenge the verdict of the Berlin Regional Court. Yesterday came the announcement that the sentence of one year imprisonment, without parole, pronounced in April 2022, was overturned.
Ursula does not have to fear imprisonment for the time being.
