The NORD 2 pipeline was a bypass around Ukraine for Russian gas to Europe. Ukraine wants their cut back…which goes back to Hunter, Rosemont Seneca, and the connected families.

I think the problem is that they wrote checks they couldn't back…when HRC didn't win. They are deep in debt and struggling to just stay afloat, so no amount of money will probably ever be enough for them to dig all the way out, thus the corruption continues.
