Just to clarify, I was only providing info for "Germany buying gas from China" (and I do think it's a way around sanctions) Politicians like to talk big to save face - a bit like US Gov's "We do not negotiate with terrorists" when everyone knows they do (behind the scenes).

 

I'm not seeing a clear winner as to who profits most from the pipeline sabotage yet.
