Apparently there's a Netflix show called Occupied, that has Russia staging a pipeline disaster to take over Norway's gas fields. But, this sounds more like a political win for the rabid environmentalists and greens who want the elimination of Fossil Fuels come hell or high water.

I've been getting that on my PC for the last couple of weeks, but works fine on the phone.
If I use my phone as a wifi Hotspot, and connect my PC through it, it works fine. Definitely a network issue.
