I don't get the notable about David Hamblin. Are you saying this guy who was arrested in 2012 for sodomizing children got out of prison and started back to work as a child counciler? WTF? He already did time once for this. How did he get his license back?

PROVO — A Provo man was arrested earlier this week on several rape charges stemming from incidents in the 1990s. David Hamblin is being charged with 12 counts of rape of a child, three counts of sodomy of a child, one count of attempted sodomy of a child, all first-degree felonies, and two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, a second-degree felony.
