First Arrest Made in Utah Ritualistic Child Sex Abuse Case – Authorities Expect More Arrests

Back in July, Utah County Sheriff’s office announced that County Attorney David Leavitt and his wife were subjects of a child sex abuse investigation approximately 10 years ago involving ritualistic sexual abuse. Dozens of victims stepped forward at the time to make allegations against at least 15 members of the community.

The alleged sex ring operated in Utah, Juab, and Sanpete counties in Utah between 1990 and 2010.

In response to the accusations, Utah County Attorney David Leavitt held a press the following morning morning.

Leavitt called for the sheriff’s resignation after the allegations were made public.

Leavitt told reporters earlier today that he and his wife were accused of cannibalizing young children and murdering young children. Leavitt called the accuser and victim in the case “tragically mentally ill.”

Attorney Leavitt also called for an investigation of Sheriff Smith’s handling of the allegations.

On Wednesday, the Utah County Sheriff’s Office made its first arrest in the case.

David Hamblin, a former therapist who lost his license, was arrested as a suspect in the ritualistic sex abuse case.

He was previously accused of rape but the charges were dropped.

The Utah County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect in an ongoing ritualistic child sex abuse investigation.

Former therapist David Hamblin, 68, who was previously charged with 18 counts of sexual assault, was taken into custody Wednesday morning and booked on the following:

* 3 counts of sodomy on a child

* Rape of a child

* 2 counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child

* Lewdness involving a child

According to records obtained by FOX 13 News, Hamblin had previously confessed to sexually assaulting at least one of his female family members in an undercover phone recording. While the Utah County Attorney’s Office dropped all charges, Hamblin lost his license and was excommunicated from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

In April, Brett Bluth, one of Hamblin’s alleged victims, described a long period of abuse and grooming by Hamblin as he tried to “heal” Bluth of his homosexuality.

Authorities say they believe there will be more arrests coming.

DEVELOPING: Trump Legal Team Claims Biden DOJ Misled Court and Actually Seized 200,000 Pages of Documents From Mar-a-Lago

President Trump’s legal team Wednesday night in a filing said Biden’s corrupt Justice Department actually seized 200,000 pages of documents from Mar-a-Lago.

The DOJ told the Court that they seized 11,000 documents.

Trump’s lawyers allege the 11,000 documents actually tally up to 200,000 pages which is why so many vendors have “declined the potential engagement.”

“At the status conference before the Special Master, the Plaintiff suggested that the dates put forth in the Draft Case Management Plan were unlikely to prove feasible in terms of both the likely start of the document flow and the man-hours necessary to review more than 11,000 pages or documents,” Trump’s lawyers wrote.

“The problem is compounded by the fact that when Plaintiff’s counsel referred to either 11,000 pages or even 11,000 documents during the status conference (we are still awaiting the transcript), the Government chose not to interject with an accurate number. In conversations between Plaintiff’s counsel and the Government regarding a data vendor, the Government mentioned that the 11,000 documents contain closer to 200,000 pages,” the lawyers said.

Trump’s lawyers argued the timeframe given to scan the documents is too narrow.

“In short, seasoned IT professionals who routinely work on large-scale document productions with the Government cannot meet the Government’s proposed schedule, and it was never realistic for the Government to suggest such a narrow timeframe. Consequently, the Plaintiff respectfully suggests that Your Honor and the parties will be best served by having the retained vendor convey a supportable timeframe for scanning roughly 200,000 pages into a platform, and also provide a breakdown of rollout quantities and proposed deadlines.” the lawyers said in Wednesday’s filing.

“It would be better to base deadlines on actual data and not wistful claims by the Government.” they said.

The FBI had no right to invade the President’s home in the first place as attorney Mike Davis noted a month ago. The FBI’s raid was unnecessary, unprecedented, and unlawful.

Earlier this week the FBI admitted in court yesterday that it had misrepresented the number of documents that it had taken from the home of President Trump.

We also know that the FBI didn’t just illegally steal the President’s property, the FBI also inserted documents into the inventory of documents obtained to make the scene appear like the President had classified documents.

Parent Group Challenges School District’s Planned ‘Transgender Awareness Week’

Bloomfield Hills School District in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, plans to observe Transgender Awareness Week, as it is listed on their district observation calendar.

The grassroots organization Great Schools Initiative is raising concerns over the observance week saying it was not approved by the correct advisory board, according to state law.

“Parents need to be able to have a choice to either opt into that or opt out of that. It shouldn’t be something that should be forced on people,” Great Schools Initiative spokesperson and Director of Strategic Partnerships Monica Yatooma told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

A grassroots initiative is sounding the alarm on a Michigan school district that plans to host a transgender awareness week in November.

Bloomfield Hills School District in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, will observe “Transgender Awareness Week,” a time meant for advocacy regarding discrimination and prejudice against the transgender community, according to the school district observation calendar. Great Schools Initiative, a Michigan-based parental rights in education group, told the Daily Caller News Foundation that the group is considering legal action against the school district, which they believe broke the law by implementing the week.

“I want to emphasize that this is not about transgender individuals, we are inclusive of all people,” Great Schools Initiative spokesperson and Director of Strategic Partnerships Monica Yatooma told the DCNF. “But this is more about the topic, or the discussion, around sexuality and gender identity. Parents need to be able to have a choice to either opt into that or opt out of that. It shouldn’t be something that should be forced on people.”

Michigan law requires a Sex Education Advisory Board (SEAB) to approve every sexual education curriculum including materials, resources, program goals and objectives. The board supervisor must be either a physician, nurse or educator and the board must include parents, pupils, educators, local clergy and community health professionals.

The school district, however, allegedly did not advise the SEAB when approving the Transgender Awareness Week, Yatooma told the DCNF. Instead, the superintendent allegedly approved the week as a district observance week, which Yatooma says violates the law.

“We reached out to their school board and to their school board president,” Yatooma told the DCNF. “What he said to us was that observance calendars and the district calendar don’t go through the board. That’s something specifically done within the school district in the schools. When we asked who does it go through, we were told that it goes to the superintendent for approval. Our issue with that is that they are breaking the law by having a transgender awareness week because it’s not like ‘Holocaust Awareness Week’ or ‘Detroit Rugby Fans Awareness Week.’ When you’re doing a Transgender Awareness Week, you’re discussing topics like sexuality, gender identity and sexuality topics in general. Anytime you discuss this topic, gender identity, gender, sexuality, it needs to go through the SEAB board.”

Transgender Awareness Week is recognized from Nov. 13 – 19 and is a week for “transgender people and their allies take action to bring attention to the community by educating the public about who transgender people are, sharing stories and experiences,” according to the website for the Gay And Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, a LGBTQ acceptance group. Transgender Remembrance Day, a day to remember transgender activist Rita Hester who was killed in 1998, is on Nov. 20 and listed on the district’s website.

Report: Chinese police set up covert station in NYC, 31 others around the world

The Chinese government has set up 32 police “service stations” around the world, including one in New York, to monitor and coerce Chinese nationals living abroad to return to China, according to a new report.

The Spain-based human rights organization Safeguard Defenders recently published a report on these 32 unofficial Chinese police “service stations” operating around the world. The stations were established by the Overseas Chinese Police Office of the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau in China’s Fujian Province.

Liu Rongyan, Director of the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau’s overseas police operations reportedly announced the launch of the “first batch” of 30 overseas “service stations” on Jan. 22, 2022. The 30 stations are located in 25 cities in 21 different countries.

The exact scope of the mission of these overseas Chinese police “service stations” is unclear, but Safeguard Defenders researchers believe the offices work in conjunction with China’s “Fox Hunt” operations. China says its “Fox Hunt” operations are meant to convince Chinese criminals living abroad to return to China, but they have been accused of targeting Chinese dissidents and relying on threats and coercive behavior to get those dissidents to come back to China.

One common technique of the Fox Hunt operations is to track down any family members of a target still living in China and threaten to imprison that family member living in China if the target doesn’t return “voluntarily.”

“Rapidly emerging evidence points to extensive online campaigns and the use of ‘Overseas Police Service Station’” being used in these operations on five continents, often using local ‘Chinese Overseas Home Associations’ linked to the [Chinese Communist Party’s] United Front Work,” the Safeguard Defenders report states. “These operations eschew official bilateral police and judicial cooperation and violate the international rule of law, and may violate the territorial integrity of third countries involved in setting up a parallel policing mechanism using illegal methods.”

The report states the police service station in New York is located at an address in Chinatown. American Military News called two different numbers associated with the address, but in both cases the person on the other end of the line replied that they don’t speak English and hung up.

The U.S. State Department did not immediately respond to an American Military News request for comment on this matter.
