The german government are puppets of the US. At the time of breaking up Germany into the BRD and DDR after WWII (both of which were under US and Soviet control respectively), there was an agreement that Germany should create a new constitution when the two unite again (german anons please clarify and add details). The Berlin Wall fell in 1989. Up to this day there has not been a new constitution put into place. There is no "german government", Germany remains a US / NATO vassal up to this day.
