Obviously can't prove fact but you can easily find articles describing how Tesla communicated with distant entities. Remember those crazy power stations he engineered? He sent out simple radio-waves iirc, but with enough energy to send them super far away. He essentially sent out a 'ping' into the Universe. You don't need some alien language to be sent back, but a return 'ping' would mean an advanced enough alien civilization can receive the ping and also send one back. Apparently Tesla received back a ping, confirming an alien existence is out there at either our level of technology or higher. Whether or not Tesla found a way to communicate with them through a Morse-code type of language or not, I am unawares.
Other quick facts about Tesla worth mentioning:
-Had an epiphany after seeing his first Lightning-strike, which led him into the field of Electrical Engineering in the first place
-Dietwise, was a vegetarian (I personally wished he ate meat but w/e)
-Was a lifelong celibate, which is written in almost every religious text to bolster Genius.
-When asked why he wasn't married, he replied saying that women are Goddesses but they have degraded themselves to the point of being unattractive in their current state
-Consumed a shot or 2 of Whisky everyday claiming it to be "The Elixir of Life"
