lawfag jr. it's impossible to tell from the report because no statutes were given so legal knowledge is of no help for you. you have to read it with your own knowledge. 4 subjects were listed. they were listed in an order. to me it looks like 4 separate things otherwise identifying the 15 yr old would be redundant with crimes against children. The report doesn't show redundancy
