I was making pancakes this morning.
I'm not good at it.
Threw some left over apple sauce and some pumpkin pie spice in there. A bit of vanilla because the wife has it next to the spices….sounded good
I had read you are not supposed to over mix the batter.
I gave it about 10 turns with the spoon.
It wasn't nearly mixed all the way but put them on the griddle anyway. I just wanted to see what would habben.
Best fucking pancakes I've ever tasted.
Thick, fluffy and de~licious!
Wife loved them, kids loved them and none to spare.
that's the secret. Do not over mix.
It feels so wrong but it tastes so great
