Good guys, since you're watching, I'd like to request some extra kindness for Bill Binney and his friends from "A Good American".

If anything can be done for Mr. Binney's health, that would be great. His and their story really touched my heart.

But there are so many who are anonymous who are doing such truly good, patriotic work.

Gen. Flynn, Robin Gritz, SO many others have suffered real damage and made such sacrifices.

They probably just want to have quiet, modest lives, but if only they could know how much they were appreciated - that would be wonderful. They (you?) all deserve so much.

Something is making my eyes water :)

Maybe it's the idea of leaving behind a better nation and world.

For a real eye-opener, read the bio by Harriman's last wife, Pamela Churchill Harriman. She was Churchill's ex-daughter-in-law (by Randolph, who died of syphilis IIRC). She was such a flashy Democratic fundraiser that she ended up being made Ambassador to France. Used to throw posh parties at her DC mansion for the elite. Wild, crazy life, four husbands. Died in the swimming pool at the Ritz in Paris.
