The SCOTUS gave "government" the power to trample on our rights by creating, "Time, Place, and Manner," restrictions on them. Then the vagaries are ironed out in the kangaroo court system.

The right to stand in a public space and speak your heart is certainly a constitutionally protected inalienable right.

"Loitering" is defined as being somewhere, "without purpose". As soon as you start recording with your cell phone, or talking with people, you've displayed having a "Constitutionally protected purpose."

"The Internet" is already a global meeting place controlled and manipulated by bots and algorithms to implement the will of their control freak masters. We already have a global government, interconnected by physical and wireless networks, which is constantly mislead by their advisors and the MSM who purposely distort the gossip they spew.

Is "The Matrix" not already a One World Government?

Think of it as the difference between these two statements.

That which isn't prohibited is allowed.

Only permitted activities allowed.

Part of the world thinks that everything is banned, except what people have been given permission to do, like good little slaves.

Another part of the world was taught that they were born free, and not required to ask permission to be free.

That's a more illuminating was of describing the notion for those who believe they have some degree of freedom more than in Russia.

Sadly, the US has become a "permission based" culture due to legal illiteracy.

"Who said you could do that?"

"Who gave you permission to do that?"

"Where does the law say you're allowed to do that?"

Ignorant Karens and Darren of the Thin Blue Line gang back this idiocy up all day long because it's profitable to smash the little guy to keep the ignorant slaves asleep and happy.
