Regarding the percentage claimed to be kept hidden. If I have troops under my command and solid logistics, I can do something about the problem. As for everyone else who barely even have command over their own thoughts, I think it would be harmful to show the evil 100%. I guess this is what could be meant by "decide never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother." Why show everyone everything and risk the children seeing this and destroying what remains of innocence…
