What do I mean by "sorting hat"? In the masons you are put thru "degrees" with tests. The tests assess your personality and your willingness to cross moral lines. If you are moral and just you are then a FRONT MAN for the organization. If you are corruptible you go to an org like the shiners or the jesters. Most social orgs are just SORTING HATS.
You get ID'ed early as a shitbag and playa or a good human…

anon…better to be HONEST. We have all had issues that we have struggled with. Being honest with an employer is always best. EVERYONE has had troubles, just be upfront about yours.
