i may accomplished my first shorted sleep (~3.5 hours).
my mind is clear. will update if anything if off, etc.
was listening to pandora radio's deep sleep station, which seems to made of deep delta cycles (most likely different from regualr "sleep station" which is made of normal delta cycles). i wasn't able to be affected by it before, but since i'm HEALING from being dead, it seems to have quite an effect.
my dreams were wild. but it's hard to remember what most of them were about; my hair stands on its end when i think about the dreams at times.
they were like an epic dream, all condensed into one, and trying in vain to scare the shit out of you. A COMPACT SERIES OF VIVID/EPIC DREAMS. the dream was trying to confuse me into thinking it's the reality.
ok i'm rambling again. maybe someone else can also relate.
it's hard to find people who sleep fewer than 5 hours a day nowadays healthily.
4 hours a day is my goal at the moment.
thankfully, my mantra chanting protects me from bad consequences. and that, btw, is also being perfected. what i mean is, pretty soon i don't even have to focus to chant the mantra at its 100% level.
once i have had my fun with it, i predict that i won't need it anymore.
>once i have had my fun with it, i predict that i won't need it anymore.
the deep sleep station i mean, not the mantra.
i need a mantra like the most cherished and the most beautiful girlfriend.
kek
i used to be so intimidated by trader joe's.
i used to think their products were magical.
turns out that most of their products are repackaged products. think of it like an upscale aldi's. "upscale" is also questionable.
like finding out that people in public are just clones, your magical supermarket is "more like a three-letter agency" than a natural supermarket.
still can save a lot of money tho. pig don't mind
>like finding out that people in public are just clones, your magical supermarket is "more like a three-letter agency" than a natural supermarket.
dreadful to think, but i think the above marriages also apply to some/many marriages especially nowadays.
do you know why food tastes so good in restaurants ? they're also often a lot more expensive.
they taste so good becauseyou're eating the results of the hard labordone by the kitchen workers. the food itself is mediocre.
eating other people's hardships is DELISH~.
