Before any justice can be served you have to drain the filthy, corrupt swamp from the judicial positions. If you try to prosecute someone with a crooked judge and fail getting a verdict that is just, you will not be able try them again for the same charge. Double jeopardy. Eradicate the evil cohorts from all positions including the DOJ and FBI. This takes time and I have plenty of it to see justice done correctly.
