Election voting machines are not supposed to be connected to the internet. they should act as tally machines then when in a secure place should they be connected to the internet only to add votes with other machines.

many voting machine companies state their machines dont connect to the internet. Knock out the US internet and then we can really see if the election will be cheated again.

it all makes sense to me for Q team to knock down the internet during this time. it just sets the DS actors into such a checkmate move. elections prior never needed internet so if they scream "W-W-WE NEED INTERNET TO COUNT THESE!" we all know we dont. good ole paper and pen works just fine.
