An American Airlines flight headed from Dallas, Texas to Albuquerque, New Mexico was evacuated on Sunday due to a security threat.

The incident happened on Sunday after American Airlines flight 928 coming from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport landed at Albuquerque International Sunport, according to NBC Dallas.

179 people who were on the plane were taken off and transported to the terminal by bus.

Authorities later determined that the threat wasn't credible.

New law allows Californians to seal arrests and convictions from their records

A new law signed on Thursday will allow Californians to seal old arrests and convictions from their official records in an effort to give them a fresh start.

The bill, SB 731, was introduced by State Senator María Elena Durazo (D-Los Angeles) in March 2021 and was signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom on Sept. 27.

The law will automatically seal conviction and arrest records in California once a former offender has “fully completed their sentence and successfully gone four years without further contact with the justice system.”

It also includes arrest records that did not result in a conviction. It does not, however, apply to registered sex offenses or serious felonies. All criminal histories will still be shared with law enforcement.

The law will take effect beginning July 1, 2023.

The Duke of York is now eighth in line to the throne, but his controversial friendship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, along with allegations of sexual assault, forced the Palace to strip Andrew of his military affiliations and royal patronages in January 2022. King Charles may continue removing any trace of the affiliation to the dynasty after the prince "embarrassed" the family with his actions.

"Unfortunately for Princesses Eugene and Beatrice, their father’s conduct has had rather an adverse and actually disastrous impact on their royal futures," royal expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital.

"The Princesses are most likely to become Lady Beatrice and Lady Eugenie since their father, Prince Andrew's, sexual assault scandal has purportedly poured ruin on their chances of becoming working royals."

Beatrice, 34, and Eugenie, 32, are the daughters of Andrew and Sarah Ferguson. The couple endured a highly-publicized divorce in 1996, but have remained relatively friendly through the years.

Scores of Venezuelan migrants in New York City are hopping on vans to head down to Florida for Hurricane Ian clean-up, they told The Post.

The migrants had scant information about who they would be working for, but they still piled into vans in Queens that they said were headed to the Sunshine State over the weekend.

“They want us for hurricane cleanup, we’d get paid $15 an hour, overtime and $15 for food daily, I think,” said Javier Moreno, 37, noting that a woman named Camila “from an organization” approached him with a flier.

I do remember Bush Jr having a ‘choking incident’ with a pretzel which is why I referred to it - the media lying about his dumb ass tripping on a couch and choking on a pretzel
