Not always if the board is acting up or the bread is already gone. The thumbs and/or css won't save right. Even making pdf's is screwy at times. Everything was easier when it was 8chan. Didn't have to think twice about saving anything twice because it usually just worked perfect the first time. Even when Q deleted all that shit off of /ga/ kek.

I always have to compress my pdf's now. Never used to. The file sizes have gotten ridiculous for various reasons over the years.
