Don't know how the lb got locked Says it was locked by FLINT, DO not recall doing this we don't know how it got locked, looking into it
many are..not unique-had it earlier today as well
It cleared up after a few attempts to reset it-also the bypass for dedicated captcha is down and has been for about 5+ hours-mebby longer
