There is enough detail in Senator Heffernan’s allegations to make them very credible. Some of the details are:

1.The list “formed part of police documents that had been “signed off” by Gary Crooke, QC, the former senior counsel assisting NSW’s Wood royal commission into police corruption in the 1990s. Mr Crooke declined to comment when contacted by Fairfax Media on Tuesday.”

2.The list includes a former Australian Prime Minister, judges, members of the legal fraternity and others.

3.“Every Commonwealth attorney-general since Philip Ruddock had seen the list”. This seems to have been confirmed by Philip Ruddock and Former Labor Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus.

Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested today in Los Angeles County in connection with “theft of personal data.” The alleged stolen data belonged to poll workers and was the subject of TrueTheVote’s “PIT” in Arizona last August, where Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips singled out the company.

During the PIT in August, Phillips and Engelbrecht had alleged they were cooperating with the FBI in Michigan about data being sent overseas by this company. The investigation quickly started to turn on them after the FBI started to distance itself from the investigation.

The theft of data only impacted the election workers, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon. The LADA seized hard drives and other digital evidence from the Michigan software firm with the assistance of Meridian Township Police in MI. The LADA is seeking Yu’s extradition to Los Angeles.

TrueTheVote, the election integrity firm that produced the data and information used in 2000Mules, was spot on when they said they found our data was being shipped off to China:

“Konnech distributes and sells its proprietary PollChief software, which is an election worker management system that was utilized by the county in the last California election. The software assists with poll worker assignments, communications and payroll. PollChief requires that workers submit personal identifying information, which is retained by the Konnech.

Under its $2.9 million, five-year contract with the county, Konnech was supposed to securely maintain the data and that only United States citizens and permanent residents have access to it.

District Attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.”

In Only 2 Days, New York Times Hit Piece on a “Conspiracy Theory Target” Becomes “TRUTH”

Less than two days after Mockingbird Media New York Times published a widely distributed piece for the New York Times, writer Stuart A. Thompson has egg on his face. Thompson opened up the baseless hit piece by saying:

At an invitation-only conference in August at a secret location southeast of Phoenix, a group of election deniers unspooled a new conspiracy theory about the 2020 presidential outcome.

Using threadbare evidence, or none at all, the group suggested that a small American election software company, Konnech, had secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party and had given the Chinese government backdoor access to personal data of about 2 million poll workers in the United States, according to online accounts from several people at the conference.

However, in a press release today reported on by The Gateway Pundit, the Soros-backed Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, all of Stuart A Thompson’s accusations above died less than 24 hours after he birthed them. Today, Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested in Michigan on charges of Theft of Personal Data.

The New York Times, as of publishing, still has this thoroughly debunked article up on their website.

To be crystal clear: Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht never claimed that this data breach had a direct impact on the outcome of the 2020 election. Perhaps the Chinese Communist Party having extremely personal information about election workers across our country could be a vulnerability?

I can remember Phillips saying they had names, addresses, bank accounts, children’s information, etc. Maybe the threat of “Phase Two” of Trump’s China Plan was enough to activate Chinese spies embedded in the U.S. to take drastic measures and ensure a friendly regime was installed?

According to the LADA’s office, “information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.” Under Chinese law, that data is their data, even if it’s held by a “private” company. If the data from Los Angeles was sent to China, how many other jurisdictions had their data unlawfully sent into the hands of the CCP?

The CEO of Konnech told the self proclaimed “Fake New Phenomenon” Stuart A. Thompson, “I’ve cried. Other than the birth of my daughter, I hadn’t cried since kindergarten.”

Thompson went on to write about TrueTheVote:

Late last month, the Air Force Research Laboratory's 711th Human Performance Wing revamped a call for research proposals examining "Advances in Bioscience for Airmen Performance." It's a six-year, $49 million effort to deploy extreme neuroscience and biotechnology in the service of warfare.

One suggested research thrust is to use "external stimulant technology to enable the airman to maintain focus on aerospace tasks and to receive and process greater amounts of operationally relevant information." (Something other than modafinil, I guess.) Another asks scientists to look into "fus[ing] multiple human sensing modalities" to develop the "capability for Special Operations Forces to rapidly identify human-borne threats." No, this is not a page from The Men Who Stare at Goats.

But perhaps the oddest, and most disturbing, of the program's many suggested directions is the one that notes: "Conversely, the chemical pathway area could include methods to degrade enemy performance and artificially overwhelm enemy cognitive capabilities." That's right: the Air Force wants a way to fry foes' minds – or at least make 'em a little dumber.

It's the kind of official statement that's seized on by anyone who is sure that the CIA planted a microchip in his head, or thinks that the Air Force is controlling minds with an antenna array in Alaska. The same could be said about the 711th's call to "develo[p] technologies to anticipate, find, fix, track, identify, characterize human intent and physiological status anywhere and at anytime."

The ideas may sound wild. They are wild. But the notions aren't completely out of the military-industrial mainstream. For years, armed forces and intelligence community researchers have toyed with ways of manipulating minds. During the Cold War, the CIA and the military allegedly plied the unwitting with dozens of psychoactive drugs, in a series of zany (and sometimes dangerous) mind-control experiments. More recently, the Pentagon's most revered scientific advisory board warned in 2008 that adversaries could develop enhancements to their "cognitive capabilities … and thus create a threat to national security." The National Research Council and Defense Intelligence Agency followed suit, pushing for pharma-based tactics to weaken enemy forces. In recent months, the Pentagon has funded projects to optimize troop’s minds, prevent injuries, preemptively assess vulnerability to traumatic stress, and even conduct "remote control of brain activity using ultrasound."

The Air Force is warning potential researchers that this project "may require top secret clearance." They'll also need a high tolerance for seemingly loony theories – sparked by the military itself.

US floats new fears of Russian election interference – media

Federal officials have reportedly warned that Russia aims to “amplify doubts” about the integrity of the congressional midterms

US officials are once again pointing fingers at Russia over interference in American elections, reportedly warning that Moscow is trying to sow seeds of doubt about the legitimacy of November’s congressional midterms.

“Russia is amplifying divisive topics already circulating on the Internet – including doubts about the integrity of American elections – but not creating its own content,” the Associated Press reported on Tuesday, citing an unidentified FBI official. The outlet also obtained an unclassified intelligence advisory warning about potential election interference by Russia and China.

The red flags are just the latest in a long line of US election-interference accusations against Russia. A 22-month investigation in 2017-2019 failed to find evidence that Donald Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election, but the media-hyped probe disrupted the new president’s policy agenda. Former intelligence officials and media outlets claimed Russian meddling again when allegations of influence-peddling by Joe Biden’s family surfaced weeks before the 2020 presidential election. The basis of the alleged scandal – a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden – was later authenticated by the New York Times and the Washington Post, long after Joe Biden was elected.

China’s efforts in the midterm elections include targeting certain candidates whom it sees as opposed to its policy interests, the FBI official told AP. Beijing is taking a different approach in this year’s congressional races than it did in 2020, according to the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS). US intelligence agencies reportedly determined that Chinese officials considered trying to influence the 2020 presidential election but chose not to get involved.

“The current environment is pretty complex, arguably much more complex than it was in 2020,” DHS cybersecurity director Jen Easterly told reporters on Monday.
