Mr. Lavrov:
I understand your sentiment, but it is not a question of who has the better argument or who is more believable; it is a question of "non-repudiation".
What is the meaning of non-repudiation?
Definition(s):
Assurance that the sender of information is provided with proof of delivery and the recipient is provided with proof of the sender's identity, so neither can later deny having processed the information.
There is no such election, voting, or recall system in the world today that can guarantee non-repudiation yet all our financial systems work on such principles and do so while protecting sensitive information. Why is this the case? I think we know why. Anyone who would object to such a system or refuses to support it are the enemy of the free people of the world no matter what country they are from.
