The chain of custody is a significant issue in Detroit.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – How are ballots being accounted for that are being picked up at drop boxes? And are Detroit election workers required to use a secure and authorized ballot transfer case to move absentee ballots from the drop boxes to the Detroit Department of Elections?

In video surveillance footage from a drop box at WCCCD Northwest in Detroit, a young male wearing a face mask can be seen emptying absentee ballots from a drop box at a satellite voting center. While we cannot confirm who they work for, we assume they are Detroit election workers. As the male retrieves stacks of ballots from the drop box, an older black female is shown pulling a large black garbage bag from the back of the SUV. She brings the bag to the drop box and opens it as the white male begins dumping handfuls of absentee ballots into the black plastic garbage bag.

When the Detroit ballot drop box has been emptied, they take the bag and throw it in the front passenger seat with the white male as they drive away. The vehicle has no clear identifiable markings that indicate it’s being used for the City of Detroit election official business.

Is the black plastic garbage bag an official transfer case for absentee ballots in Detroit? Is this another example of MI Democrat SOS Jocelyn Benson’s “Most secure election in history”?

Officer Beaten to Death by Fellow Cops While Investigating 4 Cops for Gang Rape — Lawyer

“When you look at all these horrific injuries, the truth is something went seriously wrong here."

Los Angeles, CA — The mother of a Los Angeles police officer came forward in June alleging that her son 32-year-old officer Houston Tipping, was beaten to death by fellow cops during department training in May. Tipping was playing the role of a civilian and was beaten by fellow officers and suffered fatal head and neck injuries.

This week, a lawyer hired by Tipping's mother has come forward with damning evidence in the case. On Monday, the attorney claimed that one of the officers involved in beating Tipping to death was under investigation for an alleged gang rape that took place in July 2021.

According to Fox 11, the attorney claims "Tipping was beaten to death by other officers in the training drill," and that "Tipping was the officer who wrote the report of the alleged sexual assault."

“Our investigation has uncovered claims that one of the officers accused of sexual assault was at the training where officer Houston Tipping eventually died,” attorney Bradley Gage said at a press conference on Monday. “We have a witness that claimed that this occurred. We have documents that claim this occurred. And we also know from his family that officer Tipping, after spending a few years happy at LAPD, following these events, was searching for a job outside of the LAPD. [They say] he did not say why, but he clearly was distraught over something.”

Shirley Huffman, Tipping's mother filed a notice of claim against the city in June as part of a wrongful death lawsuit. Her son suffered a massive spinal cord injury during the event on May 26 and died three days later.

“Chief Moore stated that Officer Tipping impressed his peers with a ‘willingness to go the extra mile to make the world a better place,’” her claim stated. “Yet, that wasn’t enough to avoid other officers paralyzing him and eventually killing him in violation of law, and his civil rights.”

Huffman stated in her lawsuit that the training exercise “had already been questioned” before her son was killed as other officers had previously suffered injuries during the training. Given the previously known injuries, it's entirely possible these training exercises were used as a means for officers to dole out punishments to fellow officers who stepped out of line.

In a statement after Tipping's death, police claimed that Tipping was injured while "grappling" with another officer in a tragic "accident."

At the time of the accident Officer Tipping was a bike instructor engaged in a training scenario involving grappling with another officer. During the scenario Officer Tipping fell to the floor and suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury. Officers immediately began CPR and summoned a LA Fire rescue who transported Officer Tipping to USCMC.

This is a point with which Huffman disagrees. Huffman alleged her son was “repeatedly struck in the head severely enough that he bled,” and that the beating resulted in injuries requiring stitches. He also suffered multiple breaks in his neck, which caused his death, the claim said, according to the LA Times.

Gage said Tipping suffered injuries to two parts of his head and to four vertebrae.

“When you look at all these horrific injuries, the truth is something went seriously wrong here,” he said. “I can not fathom anything other than a severe beating. This raises a number of questions that the family would like to have answered.”

As we have frequently pointed out, police in Los Angeles are notoriously corrupt and while this case may be unrelated, rogue cops in precinct gangs have doled out violent punishments like this one before. As TFTP reported, many whistleblowers have come forward with allegations that gang members — who are also cops — control different precincts in the county.

In July of 2019, the FBI was investigating the East LA branch of the LA County Sheriff’s Department whereby Bandito gang members had full control of “station operations”. The report states the Bandito gang member/police officers “put others' lives at risk by not sending backup to help on dangerous calls, enforced illegal arrest quotas and carried out other forms of harassment”.

The culmination of scandals resulted in several deputies claiming they were beaten, choked and nearly killed by fellow officers who were also tattoo-wearing members of the Bandito gang.

John Durham Can’t Discuss Trump Dossier Source’s Alleged Links to Russian Intelligence at Trial: Judge

Special counsel John Durham and his team cannot tell jurors about how the primary source for the anti-Donald Trump dossier has had links to Russian intelligence, a U.S. judge ruled on Oct. 4.

The FBI opened an investigation into Igor Danchenko, the dossier source, after a colleague of Danchenko’s tipped off authorities, saying Danchenko had said he could get the person money in exchange for classified information.

The FBI investigation advanced after agents learned that Danchenko had been in touch with the Russian embassy and known Russian intelligence officers and had in the past been interested in becoming a Russian intelligence officer himself. But the bureau closed the probe in 2010, claiming that Danchenko had left the country.

Danchenko later told agents, in 2017, that he had contact with multiple people he believed were Russian intelligence officers.

Durham’s team asked the court in September to let prosecutors discuss what the FBI learned during the investigation.

“The Government anticipates that a potential defense strategy at trial will be to argue that the defendant’s alleged lies about the sourcing of the Steele Reports were not material because they had no affect on, and could not have affected, the course of the FBI’s investigations concerning potential coordination or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russian Government. Thus, the Government should be able to introduce evidence of this prior counterintelligence investigation (and that (sic) facts underlying that investigation) as direct evidence of the materiality of the defendant’s false statements,” prosecutors said at the time.

“Such evidence is admissible because in any investigation of potential collusion between the Russian Government and a political campaign, it is appropriate and necessary for the FBI to consider whether information it receives via foreign nationals may be a product of Russian intelligence efforts or disinformation.”

Defense lawyers said the fact that Danchenko was investigated by the FBI could be admitted but said prosecutors should not be able to use any of the details unearthed during the investigation.

In part, their argument rested on how the FBI hired Danchenko as a confidential human source in 2017 and continued paying him through 2020. The committee that reviewed Danchenko before his hiring knew of the prior investigation and the agents involved in the probe raised no objections to using Danchenko as a source, according to the defense. “As an initial matter, those facts obliterate the government’s argument that any alleged false statements were material to the government’s ability to evaluate whether Mr. Danchenko could have been working for the Russians all along,” they said.

U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga, a George W. Bush appointee, sided with Danchenko.

“The probative value of these unproven allegations, i.e., Danchenko sought to facilitate the sale of classified information and that he had contact with Russian intelligence services, which would have to be established through multiple levels of hearsay, is of only marginal relevance in terms of proving the materiality of Danchenko’s allegedly false statements,” Trenga wrote in an order. “The evidence’s low probative value is substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice and confusion of the issues.”

Danchenko was charged with five counts of lying to the government. He allegedly lied about sourcing information from Sergei Millian, a businessman, and not sourcing information from Charles Dolan, a longtime Clinton family associate.

The trial is due to start on Oct. 11.

George Floyd Attorney Ben Crump Sued After Client Receives ZERO Dollars from $1 MILLION+ GoFundMe Fundraiser.

The mother of Daunte Wright Senior’s son has sued Wright Senior’s parents and her lawyer, claiming she failed to receive “one single penny” from a GoFundMe fundraiser created for the benefit of Wright Senior’s son.

Wright Senior was killed on April 11, 2021 by Brooklyn Center Police officer Kim Potter, who was ultimately found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to serve two years in prison. The 20-year-old’s death, which occurred roughly 10 miles from the location where George Floyd died, reignited a host of Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests.

A civil lawsuit was filed Monday on behalf of Chyna Whitaker, the mother of Daunte Wright Senior’s son, who says her former attorney Ben Crump “promised and assured her up-front that any GoFundMe monies raised through The Daunte Wright Sr. Memorial Fund would be split 50/50 between Daunte Jr. and the Wright family.”

Crump is a high-profile attorney, notably representing the families of George Floyd, Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor, and others that have been exploited by the far-left BLM movement.

Whitaker emphasized how Crump promised that she and her son would be taken care of, though his promises never materialized.

Whitaker’s attorneys, however, say the single mother hasn’t received any financial assistance to help raise her son and that her efforts to resolve the matter amicably have gone unanswered.

“We would have preferred to settle this with a letter and a phone call but we’ve tried a number of times and we were unsuccessful. Now we’re left with this last resort,” said one of Whitaker’s attorneys, Bill Skolnick.

When it was first launched, the GoFundMe page promised to donate a portion of the proceeds towards “providing support to Daunte’s infant son, Daunte Wright, Jr.”

Eventually, as the lawsuit explains, any mention of the child was erased from the page.

A representative for the crowdfunding platform said the money was given to Wright Senior’s father, Arbuey Wright. The lawsuit also notes that if Crump hadn’t promised Whitaker that she would receive a portion of the GoFundMe funds, she would have set up her own account.

Whitaker’s lawsuit claims Crump and the Wright family used her son’s image and existence to raise over $1 million before they “all turned their backs” on Whitaker and her son.

The lawsuit seeks a judgment against Wright Senior’s parents and Crump, which will be determined at a trial but estimated to be over $500,000.

Authorities: CEO of Election Software Company Sent American Poll Workers’ Data to China

Just one day after the New York Times attempted to downplay suspicions around the election software company Konnech, the company’s CEO, Eugene Yu, has been taken into custody under suspicion of sending data on American poll workers to Communist China.

On October 3, the New York Times published an article by reporter Stuart Thompson titled “How a Tiny Elections Company Became a Conspiracy Theory Target,” in which he claimed that “election deniers” were targeting Konnech, a Michigan election software firm with just 21 U.S. employees, and had developed a theory with “threadbare evidence” that the company had tied to the Chinese Communist Party and had given the Chinese government backdoor access to the personal data of around two million poll workers in the United States.

Thompson suggested that such beliefs were ridiculous and anyone suggesting there was validity to these claims was simply an “election denier,” spinning conspiracy theories.

On October 4, just one day later, the NYT published another article from Thompson titled “Election Software Executive Arrested on Suspicion of Theft,” in which he reported that Eugene Yu, the CEO of Konnech, had been arrested under suspicion of theft after U.S. user data was found stored in China — exactly what the “election deniers” that Thompson had derided claimed.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón, commented on the situation saying: “Data breaches are an ongoing threat to our digital way of life. When we entrust a company to hold our confidential data, they must be willing and able to protect our personal identifying information from theft. Otherwise, we are all victims.”

In a statement, a spokesperson for Konnech said that the company was attempting to learn the details “of what we believe to be Mr. Yu’s wrongful detention,” and that it stood by recent statements it made in a lawsuit defending its handling of user data.

“Any L.A. County poll worker data that Konnech may have possessed was provided to it by L.A. County and therefore could not have been ‘stolen’ as suggested,” the spokesman said. In a statement, the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said that it had cause to believe that the personal information on election workers was “criminally mishandled” and was seeking to extradite Yu from Michigan to Los Angeles.

UN Grants Prize to Merkel Over Handling of Migrant Crisis

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has granted its Nansen Prize to former German Chancellor Angela Merkel for her handling of the 2015 migrant crisis, praising her for taking in over a million asylum seekers.

Filippo Grandi, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, lavished praise for the former German leader stating, “By helping more than a million refugees to survive and rebuild, Angela Merkel displayed great moral and political courage.”

“It was true leadership, appealing to our common humanity, standing firm against those who preached fear and discrimination. She showed what can be achieved when politicians take the right course of action and work to find solutions to the world’s challenges rather than simply shift responsibility to others,” Grandi added according to a press release from the UNHCR.

According to the Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung, the prize received by Merkel also comes with around $150,000 of cash.

The UNHCR also praised Merkel for ” employment schemes and labour market integration” of Syrian asylum seekers, however, data from 2019 revealed that as many as 65 per cent of the asylum seekers who came during the migrant crisis remained unemployed.

Of those who were employed, around a fifth were working “mini-jobs” and those working full-time earned just 1,564 euros a month on average.

A report from that same year also revealed another legacy of Merkel’s rule in Germany, in that Germans were far more likely to be victims of crime by migrant perpetrators than the other way around.

“In the area of murder and manslaughter, 230 Germans fell victim to a criminal offence in which at least one suspected immigrant was involved,” the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) reported and noted that during the same period 33 asylum seekers were victims of murder or manslaughter involving a suspect with German citizenship.

The enduring legacy of Merkel’s migration policies has also radically transformed the demographics of the country to the extent that over a quarter of all residents in the country now come from migration backgrounds, totalling around 22.3 million people.

Among young people, the situation is even starker with nearly half of children under the age of six in Western Germany coming from a migrant background. In 2017, under Merkel’s leadership, the city of Frankfurt became the first major German city in which more than half of the residents were from migrant backgrounds, putting native Germans in the minority.

CEO of election company that sued True the Vote was just ARRESTED for exactly what True the Vote has been claiming!

Last month True the Vote was sued by a Michigan election company for defaming them.

According to the Texas Tribune, Konnech sued True the Vote for claiming, among other things, that they stored US election data on a server in China:

In addition, the complaint says, True the Vote, Engelbrecht, and Phillips “falsely claimed” they discovered Konnech had stored data on an unsecured server in Wuhan, China, “which Defendants hacked into and stole data from,” including personal data on 1.8 million poll workers “which they claim is a vehicle for the Chinese Communist Party to breach U.S. elections.”

The company said it uses no such server, and stores all U.S. data “exclusively on protected computers located within the United States.” In addition, it said, it does not have data on that many poll workers “or even a small fraction of that number.”

There are other allegations highlighted in this defamation lawsuit but this one is the most pertinent right now.

Why? Because the CEO of Konnech was just arrested for storing election data on a server in China!

And it’s the hack Los Angeles DA George Gascon that made the announcement today:

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced today that an executive with a Michigan-based company responsible for the software used in managing Los Angeles County election poll workers has been arrested as part of an investigation into the possible theft of personal identifying information of those workers.

This investigation is concerned solely with the personal identifying information of election workers. In this case, the alleged conduct had no impact on the tabulation of votes and did not alter election results. But security in all aspects of any election is essential so that we all have full faith in the integrity of the election process.”

Earlier today, Konnech Corporation Chief Executive Officer Eugene Yu was taken into custody on suspicion of theft of personal identifying information by investigators from the District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigation with assistance from the Meridian Township Police Department in Michigan. In addition, hard drives and other digital evidence were seized by LADA investigators.

The District Attorney’s Office is seeking Yu’s extradition to Los Angeles.

Konnech distributes and sells its proprietary PollChief software, which is an election worker management system that was utilized by the county in the last California election. The software assists with poll worker assignments, communications and payroll. PollChief requires that workers submit personal identifying information, which is retained by the Konnech.

Under its $2.9 million, five-year contract with the county, Konnech was supposed to securely maintain the data and that only United States citizens and permanent residents have access to it.

District Attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.

The East Lansing Police Department and Ingham County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan also assisted in the investigation.

Now isn’t that amazing.

I suspect the judge who granted a TRO in favor of Konnech and against True the Vote leaders Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips might be reconsidering that TRO about now.

Russia warns US of ‘direct military clash’ if more arms sent to Ukraine

Russia says the United States’ decision to ship more weapons to Ukraine poses an “immediate threat” to Moscow’s interests and hikes the risk of a direct military confrontation between Russia and the West.

“The supply of military products by the US and its allies not only entails protracted bloodshed and new casualties, but also increases the danger of a direct military clash between Russia and Western countries,” Russia’s Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov said on the Telegram messaging app on Wednesday.

“We perceive this as an immediate threat to the strategic interests of our country,” he said, after US President Joe Biden pledged a new $625-million military aid package to Ukraine on Tuesday.

The US package would include High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) launchers, reportedly used in Ukraine’s recent counter-offensives against Russian forces, leading to their withdrawal.

Last week, Washington also unveiled a $1.1-billion arms package for Ukraine, which included 18 HIMARS launcher systems, accompanying munitions, various types of counter drone systems and radar systems.

But last week’s weapons package was funded by the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI), meaning the government has to procure the weapons from industry, rather than pulling them from existing US weapons stocks.

The latest announcement would mark more than $16.8 billion worth of US security military aid to Kiev since Russia began what it calls a “special military operation” in Ukraine back in February, citing the failure of the US-led NATO military alliance and Kiev to offer Moscow security guarantees it sought in connection with NATO’s eastward expansion.

The aid package is the first since the accession to Russian Federation of four former Ukrainian territories — namely Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia — after holding referendums that Russia said overwhelmingly favored the move.

In a strongly-worded response, Russia’s US envoy warned Washington to stop “provocative actions” that could lead to “serious consequences,” saying that the move fueled the risk of a war between Russia and the West.

Moscow’s warning also came after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken issued a statement claiming, “Recent developments from Russia’s sham referenda and attempted annexation to new revelations of brutality against civilians in Ukrainian territory formerly controlled by Russia only strengthens our resolve.”

AUDIO: Children's hospital admits to performing hysterectomies on trans minors

Last week, I was viciously attacked by the media for raising awareness about Boston Children’s Hospital offering gender-affirming hysterectomies for young girls. Left-wing activists called for me to be banned from social media for drawing attention to a practice Boston Children’s Hospital was publicly advertising. The attacks lasted for a week. They gaslit the public and denied that these types of procedures were being performed on children. According to the media, I was baselessly stoking anti-trans outrage and therefore deserved to be silenced.

Undeterred, I decided to focus on finding out if other children’s hospitals were engaged in these barbaric practices, too. That’s when I stumbled across Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Scrolling through their site, I came across a page which says the hospital treats young patients between the ages of 0 and 21 for gynecology care and gender-affirming medical treatments, including hysterectomies.

I thought perhaps this was just poor wording. Maybe they actually refuse to perform hysterectomies on minors under the age of 18, but failed to make that clear on this page. So I decided to call and find out. What Children’s National told me shocked me to my core. In the above audio recording, Children’s National confirmed that they do, in fact, perform gender-affirming hysterectomies on 16-year-olds and “much younger” children.

“Gender-affirming hysterectomy” is a fancy euphemism for the carving out of girl’s reproductive system because she’s confused about her identity. It is a permanent, irreversible procedure that makes it impossible for her to bear children later in life. These barbaric procedures on minors need to be criminalized. Instead, they’re being promoted and widely encouraged — at least until you draw attention to that fact. Then, the gaslighting begins and they assure you that no such thing is happening.

Children’s National must have seen the negative coverage about Boston Children’s Hospital because they modified their website the day after I took screenshots of it. “Gender-affirming hysterectomies” was no longer listed as a procedure available for minors. Ukrainian army uses outlawed US weapons — LPR militia’s spokesman

LUGANSK, October 4. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army has been using US-made weapons outlawed under international conventions to shell the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic, the LPR militia’s spokesman Andrey Marochko told TASS on Tuesday.

Earlier on Tuesday he said that on Monday Ukrainian forces attacked the city of Starobelsk with a US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system. The rocket was filled with shrapnel - tungsten balls.

"In the course of the investigation [conducted by the officers of the LPR mission at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination for issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes], it was found out that the Ukrainian forces used NATO’s shrapnel-filled ammunition," he said. "I want to stress right away that this type ammunition is prohibited by all conventions."

Marochko also drew attention to "another remarkable fact: the rocket that hit a childcare center in Starobelsk was made in 2017."

"This is a confirmation that in defiance of all conventions the Americans continue to produce and use ammunition that is prohibited by international law," he said.

Appeals Court Grants DOJ Motion to Fast-Track Appeal of Judge Cannon’s Order Appointing Special Master to Oversee Seized Documents

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals strikes again!

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday granted the Justice Department’s motion to expedite its appeal to Judge Aileen Cannon’s order appointing a special master to oversee the documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.

The DOJ last Friday moved to expedite its appeal of Cannon’s order appointing Raymond Dearie as special master.

“The Justice Department is asking the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to order all papers be filed in the case by Nov. 11, and hold any necessary hearing in the case as soon as that briefing is completed.” Reuters reported.

The federal appeals court on Wednesday sided with the Justice Department and granted its motion.

“Having consulted with the Chief Judge, the appeal will be assigned to a special merits panel from the classified appeals log randomly selected by the Clerk.” a circuit judge wrote. “That panel will decide when and how to hear oral arguments.”

Judge Aileen Cannon last month appointed former FISA Judge Raymond Dearie to oversee the review of the documents taken by the DOJ-FBI during the Mar-a-Lago raid.

The Trump legal team and AG Merrick Garland and the corrupt DOJ came to an agreement earlier in the week on a potential candidate to serve as the special master in the Mar-a-Lago case.

Judge Aileen Cannon also approved Judge Raymond Dearie to oversee the review.

FBI Issues Update on US Elections Ahead of 2022 Midterms

The FBI and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on Wednesday that both agencies are confident that election infrastructure will not be compromised during the 2022 midterms.

“The FBI and CISA will continue to quickly respond to any potential threats, provide recommendations to harden election infrastructure, notify stakeholders of threats and intrusion activity, and impose risks and consequences on cyber actors seeking to threaten U.S. elections,” the agencies said (pdf) in a joint statement.

Both agencies said there is no indication to suggest cyber activity has prevented someone from casting a ballot or compromised the integrity of the ballot.

“As of the date of this report, the FBI and CISA have no reporting to suggest cyber activity has ever prevented a registered voter from casting a ballot, compromised the integrity of any ballots cast, or affected the accuracy of voter registration information. Any attempts tracked by FBI and CISA have remained localized and were blocked or successfully mitigated with minimal or no disruption to election processes,” the statement said.

Neither agency provided an example of how voting may have been manipulated. They also did not provide an example of how they successfully blocked malicious actors from targeting U.S. elections.

The statement did acknowledge that some election systems that house voter registration information and data could be targeted by malign actors.

“Cyber actors may also seek to spread or amplify false or exaggerated claims of cybersecurity compromises to election infrastructure; however, these attempts would not prevent voting or the accurate reporting of results,” CISA, which is run by the Department of Homeland Security, and the FBI also said.

The FBI, meanwhile, has been accused of meddling in the 2020 election by Republican lawmakers using whistleblower statements accusing the bureau of suppressing damning information about President Joe Biden’s family.

With weeks to go before the November 2020 elections, a former Biden family associate, Tony Bobulinski, came forward and corroborated messages found on Hunter Biden’s laptop and accused the Bidens of being compromised by Chinese officials. In one email exchange, Hunter referred to his father as “the big guy” who was slated to receive 10 percent on the CEFC deal, which was confirmed by Bobulinski two years ago.

During an interview on Tuesday evening with Fox News’s Tucker Carlson, Bobulinski again asserted that he believes President Biden was well aware of his son’s business dealings and likely profited via an influence-peddling scheme. Both Joe and Hunter Biden have denied any improper behavior.

Bobulinski, who was involved in a venture with Hunter Biden and Chinese energy firm CEFC, alleged that an FBI agent in 2020 never contacted him after he went to the bureau with information about the younger Biden’s deals.

Because of the FBI’s alleged actions ahead of the 2020 contest, Bobulinski said the bureau “altered history” and suggested they “rigged” the election.

“You can call it rigged. You can call it stolen. You could call it suppressed. The American people can call it whatever they want. But the fact pattern is the FBI alone altered history in that election,” he told Fox News.

When asked about Bobulinski’s interview, the FBI declined to offer a comment on Bobulinski’s allegations.

Hollywood producer and former ‘Scrubs’ writer Eric Weinberg on Tuesday was arrested on sex assault charges.

Multiple women accused Weinberg of sexual misconduct going back decades.

Weinberg has been on law enforcement’s radar for years but the DA previously refused to bring charges.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Weinberg’s sex misconduct goes back decades and also involved minors.

Weinberg would use his status as a ‘producer’ to lure wannabe starlets into his home.

“Women described how Weinberg would use photography as a pretense to get closer to them, often listing his Hollywood credits in order to establish credibility and trust. Some say Weinberg would pressure them during shoots into taking off clothing. Multiple women also described Weinberg as engaging in sexual activity without their consent, frequently photographing the acts as they took place.” – According to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Weinberg’s conduct put him on the radar of law enforcement repeatedly before his eventual arrest in July, with multiple women telling THR that they reported Weinberg for claims of sexual assault and stalking. Weinberg was arrested for the first time in 2014 after then 22-year-old Kayra Raecke alleged to LAPD that Weinberg had raped her during a photo shoot at his Los Feliz home.” THR reported.

Weinberg, 62, was freed late Tuesday night after posting $5 million bail.

A television writer/producer who has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women who claim he lured them to his Los Feliz home for photo shoots was free on bail Wednesday following his arrest on an assortment of sex charges.

Eric Weinberg — whose credits include “Scrubs,” “Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher,” “Californication” and “American Dad” — was arrested Tuesday by Los Angeles police, according to jail records.

Weinberg, 62, was booked and had his bail set at $5 million; he was freed on bond late Tuesday night.

Court records show that Weinberg was charged Sept. 28 with 18 criminal counts, including rape, sexual battery, assault, oral copulation, false imprisonment and forcible penetration by a foreign object. District Attorney George Gascón was expected to discuss the charges during a Wednesday afternoon news conference.
