Would you like to try a suggestion that might heal it completely in days?
Many people who studied the ancient martial arts were actually studying healing first and later found out that these techniques can be applied to aggression too. But the real art was about healing, such as Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and Acupuncture. There is a tonic that they used whenever they broke arms or tore ligamens called Dit Da Jow, which the original formula was made with tiger bones but you'd be hard pressed to find that. My son in law fractured his elbow and tore ligaments in it and was in sever annoying throbbing pain for a few weeks. When he finally got some, he rub it on a few times a day and was like new in less than 2 days.
Pain is a reminder that something is wrong but it also can point you in the right direction of healing. There is a discomfort point when exercising a pain point. If you stay within a slight discomfort buffer and use movement, pressure, and massage you can easily correct many problems by going with what the body says "that feels a little uncomfortable but real good after I stop". That is the right point because you are actually removing all the toxins, lactic acids, fluids that cause swelling, and the likes.
So an exercise that can be done with this in mind would be to just put your hands on the knees like as if your talking down to a child but rotate the knees slowly as you feel then lock your knees back as if to lock them securely and put some slight tension into the knee as a sort of clasping technique of holding your true form. Never force anything, feel and move.
Hope that helps, let me know how it works out for you. Ask if you have any questions. WRWY
OK, thanks Jim. One thing I did notice was the binary string was the same word over and over again, then kmn.php was a 404, replace by kmn_popup.php, then I read the devs comments about concatenating all JS files including captcha.js with JQuery, a table builder etc… into one file ( a little crazy due to Namespace collisions). On the previous board, I also mentioned that there is a script that is concatenating softserve.softserve.softserve….n and was timing out connections but didn't seem to affect when you got captcha running again, please have a look.
Wish you were here yesterday Dan, we had some ominous thunder, the likes never heard before. We are ready to roll!
Be careful Dan, Chris is a bit of a hot head and his brother is into cruel and unusual punishment. Let me know.
Agreed but this is actually something different going on. This is MK programming. The difference is that the threat is real because it is not a screen but an unknown being which could potentially lash out which causes the freezing response. Whereas, you start a movie and subconsciously know your life is not in jeopardy.
