Microsoft anon here. Randomizing TOR links so ID is changed. I will NOT be a party this program. Microsoft started it this month, and I almost would have missed it except they are asking us to be involved in routing of customers to different countries for use. The automation process would have hidden this from me except it wasn't developed yet and they had to ask people such as myself to route it manually. Automated system to be implemented by September.
I will not violate the civil liberties of these 5 nations including my own.
