Pretty sure most of these, "shooters," are designed to swing public opinion in the direction of, "take away everybodies guns. I’ve just finished interviewing Dr. Francis Boyle, Biological Warfare expert. He informed me that the WHO plan on proceeding with a Treaty on August 1st.
I checked their website, and low and behold, hidden in cryptic language within this proposal is the 1st August date.
