here I tried to report a murder being covered up for years. [Facts Matter]
The cover up began when a man was chased down by a cop and he entered the place I was… but I did not see it until my son and I were listening to someone all but confess in mom's kitchen. I called 2 county police and sheriff agencies and they used COVID19 as an excuse not to take my report. The MIAB was still sent. I put a copy in the CITY [E] Utility box. 1 letter changed everything.
