Difference in height to tibial tubercle appears to be around an inch. Not sure if Hussein is wearing heels, though. Offhand guess is the guy is about 5'8"
For science, let's go with Hussein's shoe size of 12, which is 11.3" ID (inner dimensions). We can call it just under a foot OD with wiggle room for the toes and sock thickness.
At age 25, the human head is approximately 1/8 of total height.

If we measure the ratio of Hussein's shoe length to his friend's head, and multiply by 8, we should be able to nail the height within an inch or two.
