This is not "winning"… Only 4-6 of the kids were being "trafficked" and we know by that definition now it could merely mean they caught a few illegal kids whose families "trafficked (their own) children" across the border.
Meanwhile, the illiterate police-chief states, "Whether they believe they rein harm's way or not, it's our job to get them home safe." (Good 'ol gov't telling everyone what's best for them).
15 kids were placed in juvenile CUSTODY… 12 of them sent to "facilities" and 3 of them sent to "facilities" outside the county.
