Just a thought..19 may signify the year 1919 in which a lot of events took place that are still with us today.:
Founding of the League of Nations
Fascist party formed in Italy by Benito Mussolini
Reestablishment of a 5 member politburo in the Soviet Union - Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky, Joseph Stalin, Lev Kamenev, Nikolai Krestinsky
Start of the Weimar republic
Kemal Ataturks starts the Turkish war of inderpendence
China becomes a member of the League of Nations
Adolf Hitler joins the obscure German Workers Party
Versailles Treaty
It was a busy year - might have overlooked a lot - also saw something re W.E.B DuBois (in one of Qs pictures with Mao and Anna Louisa Strong but misplaced it)
