US Supreme Court Overturns Pennsylvania Court – Rules that Ballots with Even Minor Flaws Cannot Be Counted in Elections

The corrupt Democrats and RINOs can no longer include ballots with flaws in them in an election per the US Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court ruled that ballots with flaws in them cannot be counted in Pennsylvania elections.

The United States Supreme Court has sided with a Pennsylvania Republican in a ballot case for a judgeship.

The Supreme Court nixed a lower court ruling that allowed the counting of mail-in ballots that did not have the date on them, the Associated Press reported.

The justices vacated the ruling by the Philadelphia-based 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals as requested by David Ritter, who lost his 2021 bid for a spot on the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas to a Democratic rival by five votes after 257 absentee ballots without date notations were counted.

The high court’s action means that the 3rd Circuit ruling cannot be used as a precedent in the three states covered by this regional federal appellate court – Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware – to allow the counting of ballots with minor flaws such as the voter failing to fill in the date.

The campaign for Dr. Oz in Pennsylvania recognized that the lower court’s ruling was in error and would negatively impact future elections in the state, so they joined David Ritter in his appeal.

But the campaign for Oz submitted a brief in support of judicial candidate David Ritter. “The Third Circuit’s thinly reasoned and erroneous decision — which addressed a county judicial election conducted more than six months ago — is now being weaponized to undermine the apparent result of a statewide primary election for the Republican nomination to represent Pennsylvania in the United States Senate,” his attorneys said.

In May, the three-judge panel on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling that said election officials should count several hundred mail ballots that were received without a date on the envelopes in an election for county judge that was received on time, Politico reported.

Pennsylvania elections are a joke and have been for some time. In 2019 the state’s auditor reported on the abysmal state of the state’s election process.

Georgia Democrats vote to keep Konnech election software despite criminal investigation into its CEO, accused of storing sensitive data in communist China

On Monday, Georgia's DeKalb Board of Registration and Elections held a special meeting to discuss its contract with election software company Konnech. The board voted 3-2 in favor of keeping the contract, despite the October 4 arrest of Konnech CEO Eugene Yu on charges of personal data theft and allegedly storing sensitive American information on servers in communist China.

This decision, which the election board's two Republican members opposed, came after other counties and municipalities canceled their contracts in efforts to bolster election security.

The arrest

On October 4, the CEO of Konnech, 51-year-old Eugene Yu, was arrested in Meridian Township in Michigan on suspicion of theft of personal identifying information and computer hard drives.

The Los Angeles County district attorney's office dispatched investigators to seize hard drives and other "digital evidence" relevant to the charges.

Konnech licenses a proprietary software called PollChief. This election worker management system was used in the last California election by Los Angeles County, where it has a five-year, $2.9 million contract.

PollChief, which DeKalb County licensed on September 8, requires election workers to submit personal identifying information. Konnech retains that information.

While the company previously claimed that all of its data was stored on servers in the United States, Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón suggested that Konnech had "allegedly violated its contract by storing critical information that the workers provided on servers in China," where Yu lived until 1986.

In a statement issued after Yu's arrest, Gascón said, "Data breaches are an ongoing threat to our digital way of life. When we entrust a company to hold our confidential data, they must be willing and able to protect our personal identifying information from theft. Otherwise, we are all victims."

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) slammed the political Left during an interview on “The Joe Rogan Experience” this week, warning that they are ushering in the “normalization of pedophilia.”

Gabbard warned that the never ending shifting of the Overton Window by leftists never ends.

“And that’s where the thing that people warned against in the past, but it’s hard to imagine that it would be possible, certainly within our lifetimes, the normalization of pedophilia,” Gabbard said. “What you said, ‘the minor attracted persons’ and ‘don’t stigmatize that,’ you know, ‘we’re all people, we should all be allowed to celebrate ourselves’ and all this other crap. We’re talking about kids.”

When talking about the root of where these extreme and highly controversial ideas come from, like the issue of transgenderism, Gabbard blamed Democrats and woke leftists.

“It’s the Democratic Party leadership, it’s the progressive Left, that is so ideologically zealous about this cause because it’s the cause today — tomorrow, it will be something else,” Gabbard said. “They create this culture of fear that there will be consequences toward those who differ. And also that they just don’t believe in truth. And so whatever they say is true today is true today, whatever they say is true tomorrow is true tomorrow.”

“But the danger of that is you take away all the boundaries of what is true and what is false. You take away the boundaries of the things that science actually does prove, and what are we left with then? We have no foundation,” Gabbard continued. “And then, we end up where we’re at like, ‘Okay, well, today we’re going to promote pedophiles. That’s what we’re going to promote. Today we’re going to, we’re going to push books in public schools, kindergarten, first grade, third grade, fifth grade, that are causing your child to say, well, I don’t know if I’m a boy, or I don’t know if I’m a girl.’ I saw some of these books that some of the parents in Virginia and other states are protesting at their boards of education trying to get these books removed from their kid’s schools, these books, like I thought, okay, how bad can it be? I saw them, and they are some of the most graphic images I’ve ever seen in my life.”

Gabbard said that these extreme ideologies being pushed on the American people are the result of a “very intentional” effort where “the groundwork has been laid over time.”

Shock, after shock, after shock…

Last week, on Oct. 6, Kristalina Georgieva, IMF's Managing Director gave a speech at the Georgetown University in Washington where she explained that the global economy, which was expected to recover strongly after the Covid 19 pandemic, experienced a "shock, after shock, after shock" instead, that it is now experiencing a "fundamental shift," and that this shift could create a "dangerous new normal." Georgieva thinks this can only be mitigated by "countries working together."

We’re winning in Ukraine! Or maybe not.

Part of the problem is the "senseless war" in Ukraine. For weeks now, as the groupthink went, the war has turned in the west's favor and Ukraine has been winning. Nobody even bothers pretending any more that this war is between Russia and Ukraine: it is now overtly discussed as the war between Russia and the collective west. NATO's Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg made this plain in yesterday's press conference: "If Putin wins, that is not only a big defeat for the Ukrainians, but it will be the defeat, and dangerous, for all of us." But not to worry, said Stoltenberg, "Ukraine has the momentum," and "President Putin is failing in Ukraine."

Last week, US 4-star General Jack Keane went on Fox Business to boast about Bidden administration's awesome "investment" in Ukraine: "We have a $6 trillion budget… we've invested, and I mean, invested, $66 billion in Ukraine this year and that is like, 1.1% [of the budget] … So for $66 billion what we're getting is Ukraine doing the fighting, they are literally destroying the Russian Army on the battlefield."

So apparently we're winning and we can all relax - everything is awesome. Or maybe it isn't. Last week, former US National Security Advisor, John Bolton published a revealing article that gives away a different mindset near the top of western command-and-control hierarchy. Durham shows jurors emails to prove Danchencko concealed, lied to FBI about Steele dossier sources

Danchenko faces five counts in connection with allegedly having lied to the FBI about his involvement with the now-discredited, so-called Steele dossier.

In the opening of the second day of Special Counsel John Durham's case against Russia intelligence expert Igor Danchencko, Durham walked jurors through a series of emails to bolster his case that Danchenko lied to the FBI about gathering information in the agency's 2016 Russia collusion probe.

Danchenko faces five counts for allegedly lying to the FBI about his role in gathering information about then-GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump during his 2016 White House bid, as part of a federal investigation into alleged collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.

The charges essentially state Danchenko lied or concealed sources from the bureau.

The first count focuses on whether he talked to Democrat operative Charles Dolan about the dossier.

The other four are connected to a call Danchenko suggested he had with Belarusian-born businessman named Sergei Millian, who at the time was serving as president of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce, and whether information in the dossier was indeed from Millian.

"Danchenko never received such a phone call or such information from any person he believed to be," said Millian, according to the Durham indictment. "Rather, Danchenko fabricated these facts."

Danchenko has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Durham on Wednesday presented the emails during FBI intelligence analyst Brian Auten's second day on the witness stand.

Auten on Tuesday disclosed the FBI offered former British spy Christopher Steele as much as $1 million to corroborate information in a Trump opposition-research dossier he compiled for the agency – and to which Danchenko was a primary contributor.

Among the emails presented were those between Danchenko and Dolan.

One email appears to show Danchenko reaching out to Dolan and saying he was working on a related project.

However, Auten told jurors that during a January 2017 meeting with Danchenko he did not mention Dolan's name when asked to reveal all the sources for his contributions to the dossier.

The defense team in opening arguments disputed the nature of Danchenko and Dolan's communications, seeming to argue whether they were not directly connected to the dossier fact gathering.

Other emails presented were related the four other counts regarding Danchenko's connection to Millian.

China establishing overseas police presence in Australia and around the world

Beijing has set up overseas police outreach operations in more than 80 cities across the world, including one in Australia, as part of a global security push under President Xi Jinping's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

Human rights experts are concerned the operations may target Chinese diaspora overseas

A report from international human rights group Safeguard Defenders released earlier this month revealed that Chinese police had set up overseas police service stations in countries including the United States, Japan, Spain and France.

The police stations have in some instances been called "110 Overseas" after China's emergency hotline number.

The stations are affiliated with, and run by, local or municipal governments in China which have large numbers of Chinese nationals living abroad.

For example, the south-eastern city of Fuzhou, which has an estimated 3 million residents living overseas, has police overseas service stations in Prato, Italy and Barcelona, Spain.

Chinese authorities have said the stations, sometimes called "contact points", provide services to citizens, such as renewing national identification cards, passports and drivers licences, by using facial recognition technology.

But human rights groups fear overseas police offices could also be used to target dissidents abroad or compel people to return to China where they could face potentially politicised trials.

'Contact point' in Sydney

Following the release of the report, the ABC discovered an official "contact point" had been established in Sydney by the Department of Public Security in the Chinese city of Wenzhou in 2018.

The Chinese authorities have not responded to questions about what activities take place at the Australian contact point.

The ABC is not aware of any evidence it has been utilised for any of the activities suggested by Safeguard Defenders about other overseas sites.

The Sydney operation was trumpeted in an official establishment ceremony in 2019 in Wenzhou, but flew under the radar in the Australian and international press.

At the ceremony, Wenzhou police chief Luo Jie said the contact points abroad connected to his city were a "positive response" to Mr Xi's BRI framework and that they provided convenience for Wenzhou's diaspora. Australia does not have a BRI agreement with China.

The official Wenzhou police WeChat account refers people seeking the Sydney contact point to the Australia Wenzhou Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

A spokesperson for the Australia Wenzhou Chamber of Industry and Commerce told the ABC the police contact point had closed, and that it did not have links to the group.

"It's not operating for a long time," they said. "The organisation never had such service before."

The spokesperson added that they could not comment on "political" and "sensitive" topics.

But when the ABC contacted Wenzhou police in China about the Sydney contact point, they said it should still be open and referred the ABC back to the Australia Wenzhou Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Dramatic footage has emerged of NSW Deputy Premier Paul Toole's brother being arrested over his alleged involvement in a massive drug supply syndicate

Joshua Toole, 38, was taken into custody along with a 24-year-old woman in synchronised vehicle stops in Newcastle and the Central Coast at about 9am on Wednesday.

Video shows police instructing Mr Toole to open his boot and exit the vehicle before detectives slapped handcuffs on him. He was led away by a detective while police officers searched his car.

Mr Toole was taken to Belmont Police station where he was charged with multiple counts of drug supply and directing the activities of a criminal group.

The woman and two other men have also been charged with drug-related offenses, following raids at various properties which allegedly uncovered $2million in meth and $220,000 in cash.

Mr Toole was refused bail to appear at Newcastle Local Court on Thursday.
