Whistleblowers: FBI Has “Voluminous Evidence” Of Hunter Biden’s Criminal Conduct Related to Ukraine and China

The FBI has “voluminous evidence” of Hunter and James Biden’s criminal conduct related to Ukraine and China, according to bureau whistleblowers.

Of course all roads lead to Joe Biden, AKA, “The Big Guy” because without Joe Biden, Hunter and James have no power or influence to peddle.

The latest whistleblower allegations were detailed in a letter Senator Grassley (R-IA) sent to US Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Chris Wray.

“The information provided by Mr. Bobulinski formed a sufficient basis to open a full field investigation on pay-to-play grounds; however, it is unclear whether the FBI did so and whether the information is part of the ongoing criminal investigation by U.S. Attorney Weiss,” Grassley wrote, according to the Washington Examiner.

Grassley referenced Bobulinski’s testimony detailing how Hunter and James Biden received a $5 million ‘interest free loan’ from CEFC in a shady side deal.

EXCLUSIVE — The FBI is in possession of “voluminous evidence” of “potential criminal conduct” by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden related to his overseas business dealings with China and Ukraine, according to new whistleblower disclosures.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who previously released whistleblower claims alleging that evidence on Hunter Biden’s criminality was wrongly labeled “disinformation” within the bureau, made the revelations in a Thursday letter obtained by the Washington Examiner. It was sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss — who is running the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations relate to Hunter, as well as James Biden, the president’s brother, regarding the duo’s dealings with the Chinese government-linked energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy. They also relate to the younger Biden’s work for Ukrainian gas giant Burisma Holdings. Grassley said his staff “reviewed the unclassified records” supporting the whistleblower claims.

“Based on recent protected disclosures to my office, the FBI has within its possession significant, impactful, and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden,” Grassley said in the letter.

CEFC is a since-defunct multibillion-dollar Chinese company founded by Ye Jianming, a business tycoon who has since disappeared in China but with whom Hunter and James Biden had attempted to work out numerous deals and from whom the duo ultimately received millions of dollars.

“The evidence within the FBI’s possession that I am referencing is included, in part, in a summary of Tony Bobulinski’s October 23, 2020, interview with FBI agents,” Grassley’s letter states. “In that interview, Mr. Bobulinski stated that the arrangement Hunter Biden and James Biden created with foreign nationals connected to the communist Chinese government included assisting them with potential business deals and investments while Joe Biden was Vice President; however, that work remained intentionally uncompensated while Joe Biden was Vice President. After Joe Biden left the Vice Presidency, the summary makes clear that Hunter Biden and James Biden worked with CEFC and affiliated individuals to compensate them for that past work and the benefits they procured for CEFC.”

DOJ Recommending Steve Bannon Be Sentenced to Six Months in Prison

The Department of Justice is recommending that former Trump advisor and War Room host Steve Bannon be sentenced to six months in prison and a $200,000 fine for defying the January 6 Committee.

Bannon was convicted of contempt of Congress in July for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the committee.

In the recommendation, the DOJ claimed that Bannon “has pursued a bad-faith strategy of defiance and contempt.”

The DOJ also stated that Bannon “flouted the Committee’s authority and ignored the subpoena’s demands.”

The recommendation continued, “to this day the Defendant has not produced a single document to the Committee or appeared for testimony. For his sustained, bad-faith contempt of Congress, the Defendant should be sentenced to six months’ imprisonment—the top end of the Sentencing Guidelines’ range—and fined $200,000—based on his insistence on paying the maximum fine rather than cooperate with the Probation Office’s routine pre-sentencing financial investigation.”

Part of the committee’s reason for subpoenaing Bannon was that he had predicted on his podcast that “All Hell is going to break loose tomorrow” — something almost everyone was saying at the time.

Anti-Trump neocon Liz Cheney and Democrat Rep. Bennie G. Thompson, chairs of the committee, had celebrated Bannon’s conviction in a joint statement after he was found guilty.

“The conviction of Steve Bannon is a victory for the rule of law and an important affirmation of the Select Committee’s work,” Thompson and Cheney said in a joint statement at the time. “Just as there must be accountability for all those responsible for the events of January 6th, anyone who obstructs our investigation into these matters should face consequences.”

Bannon is scheduled to be sentenced on October 21, 2022—one year to the day after he was held in contempt by the House.

Russian regulator pitches full LGBT ‘propaganda’ ban

Content related to “non-traditional” sexual relations should be banned for “all ages,” the media watchdog chief argued

The head of Russia’s media regulator, Roskomnadzor, has called for a legislative ban on LGBT+ “propaganda” for all Russians, regardless of age. The proposal was made during a parliamentary hearing on initiatives aimed at containing the promotion of “non-traditional sexual relations” and pedophilia. Gay “propaganda” is currently only banned in Russia when directed at children.

Andrey Lipov, the head of Roskomnadzor, told MPs on Monday that many 18+ materials, including books, contain content depicting “non-traditional” relations and still “remain accessible to minors.”

In order to “protect society” from the promotion of “non-traditional sexual relations and other sexual deviations, including pedophilia, sexual violence and others,” Lipov said it was “necessary to introduce a ban on the promotion of these deviations among people of any age, not only among children.”

He added that a total ban on LGBT+ propaganda would provide Roskomnadzor with sufficient legal grounds to protect “spiritual and moral sovereignty.”

The watchdog’s head revealed that to date Roskomnadzor has blocked and removed more than 7,200 materials featuring non-traditional relations, calling each piece of material “a bomb.”

His stance was supported by the General Prosecutor’s office. The head of its department for the rights of minors, Irina Rebrina, voiced support for the new legislation, saying that “the emotional development of a new generation of Russians” is a matter of concern.

The State Duma chairman, Vyacheslav Volodin, said the bill could be approved in the first reading early next week.

Expressing hope that the final bill would be ready for presidential approval in November, Volodin claimed that the proposed legislation serves as a means to protect Russians “from the darkness that is spreading more and more in the world.”

Besides banning propaganda of LGBT and pedophilia, the proposals currently being considered by lawmakers include outlawing “demonstrations of LGBT people, as well as information encouraging gender reassignment among teenagers,” and even the dissemination of information “promoting the denial of family values.”

The Duma’s information committee also suggested some alterations to several existing bills and to the Code of Administrative Offenses. In particular, it seeks to set the maximum fine for promoting pedophilia at 10 million rubles ($162,000).

Apartment building ablaze after Russian military plane crash

The fighter jet went down right after takeoff, the military has confirmed

An apartment building in the Russian city of Yeysk has caught fire after a plane crashed nearby on Monday evening. Russia's Defense Ministry has confirmed that the aircraft was a military Su-34 multipurpose fighter jet, adding that the plane crashed soon after taking off from a local airfield for a training flight.

“According to the report from the ejected pilots, the crash was caused by a combustion of one of the engines at take-off,” the ministry said.

A video from the scene published by the news media outlet Mash shows a multi-story apartment building engulfed in flames with plumes of thick black smoke rising into the sky.

The number of casualties from the incident remains unknown. The governor of Krasnodar Region, where Yeysk is located, said that local and regional emergency services had been deployed to the scene. TASS reported that, according to officials, at least 15 apartments were damaged.

Yeysk is a port city in southern Russia and is located across the Azov Sea from the city of Mariupol.

True The Vote Responds to RINO AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s Referral to the FBI-IRS – And a Veiled Shot at FOX News

Yesterday, the Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported on TrueTheVote being referred to the FBI by the RINO Attorney General and once US Senate hopeful Mark “nunchucks” Brnovich.

In his letter, Brnovich stated he is “providing the referenced information…for review and potential further action as it relates to potential violations of the Internal Revenue Code by True The Vote.”

Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.

What’s strange is that FOX News reported on AG Brnovich’s letter on Friday, but, as both Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips confirmed, FOX News never reached out to True The Vote for comment on these defamatory and (somehow) criminal referrals made by the Attorney General’s Office in Arizona.

But at least Fox News finally acknowledged #2000Mules something they refused to report on and blacklisted for months!

“After no response, True The Vote followed up by filing a complaint with the State of Arizona on March 28, 2022 and followed up with multiple meetings with state investigators.”

True The Vote “…later learned that these investigators violated the confidentiality that should have been afforded to informants in an ongoing criminal investigation, by the AG’s office releasing to media the identity of private citizens who had provided information.

“True the Vote lawyers sent a letter affirming these facts to the Arizona AG’s office on June 14th, 2022, and referring them to federal law enforcement, as True the Vote no longer trusted the state office.”

“As was stated in their March 2022 complaint, the data used by True the Vote is available to any law enforcement agency which issues a lawful subpoena for the data.“

“True the Vote has documentary records of correspondence with the State of Arizona and the FBI, detailing the evidence and its limitations. Had the Arizona AG’s office been serious in their investigation of True the Vote’s information, they would have had no need to send a letter to the FBI and simultaneously transform it into a press release to cover up their own failings.”

“Just as in the Konnech matter, sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

The last line is referring to True The Vote’s “The Pit” event last August in Arizona, where Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips released information on the Konnech corporation. While citizen journalists seeking the truth found some incredible facts surrounding Konnech, such as Kanekoa, who has been on top of this since “The Pit”, the Mockingbird media has generally written this off as “conspiracy theory”, much like “The Big Lie.” In fact, the day before Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested for allegedly storing data on Chinese servers, “Fact checker phenomenon” Stuart Thompson of The New York Times had called all those such as Kanekoa doing actual research “a group of election deniers.” The article still remains published to this day on the Fake New York Times website.

True The Vote’s credibility shot through the roof with a story as wild as a Michigan-based elections company storing personally identifiable information (PII) on servers in China. As Phillips and Engelbrecht told us at “The Pit”, the FBI initially was cooperating in the investigation. But then, all of the sudden, the scope of the investigation shifted and True The Vote became the subject of the investigation rather than helping with it. This appears to be deja vu now with the Arizona AG’s office, where they investigate the investigators instead of the crime.

Meanwhile, do-nothing Mark Brnovich’s credibility is shot, as evidenced by his distant 3rd place finish (17.7%) in the 2022 Primary behind Trump endorsed Blake Masters (40.2%) and Jim Lamon (28.1%).

George Floyd’s Family Threatens to Sue Kanye for Telling the Truth About His Death

Kanye West has been dropping truth bombs.

The family of deceased violent felon George Floyd is threatening to sue Kanye West after the superstar entertainer-turned-cultural critic told the truth about his death during a recent interview. West has made international headlines as of late, thanks to his disruption of the corporate media, uni-party narrative.

Kanye West joined the Drink Champs Podcast in an episode that aired Saturday and told the truth about the death of George Floyd. That’s led Floyd’s family, who have profited to the tune of millions of dollars off of the BLM narrative surrounding his death, to publicly threaten legal action against West, apparently in their latest attempt to receive a financial court settlement.

Thus far, in addition to receiving a more than $27 million settlement from the city of Minneapolis, where Floyd died while under arrest, his family has made tens of millions of dollars by way of GoFundMe and donations from big-money left-wing groups.

“They hit him with the fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that,” Kanye West told the Drink Champs Podcast.

West’s explanation for Floyd’s death echoes information that came out during the homicide trial of ex-Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin. With the jury under immense media and political pressure, Chauvin was convicted of killing George Floyd at trial, despite the fact that Floyd had enough fentanyl and methamphetamine in his body to “kill three humans.”

Despite the medical facts, the Floyd family attorney, Lee Merritt, claimed in a Sunday tweet that his clients are “considering suit for Kanye’s false statements” about the manner of Floyd’s death.

“Claiming Floyd died from fentanyl and not the brutality established criminally and civilly undermines & diminishes the Floyd family’s fight,” Merritt went on, seeming to threaten that anyone who questions the George Floyd narrative will face consequences.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw Campaign Paid Firm That Employs His Wife

Republican Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw’s campaign has paid a small agency that employs his wife hundreds of thousands of dollars since 2020, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records reviewed by the Daily Caller.

The firm, Pink Cilantro, is a boutique branding agency based in Houston, Texas. The agency’s website, in service since 2013, went offline as recently as June, according to the internet archive called “The Wayback Machine.” Pink Cilantro’s owner, Basya Benshushan, told the Caller that they are in the process of “rebranding” the agency and that’s why the website is down.

Since 2020, Crenshaw’s campaign has paid Pink Cilantro more than $350,000. A Crenshaw spokesperson confirmed to the Caller that Tara Crenshaw is still an employee of Pink Cilantro but said her work is separate from the work the agency does for Crenshaw’s campaign.

Pink Cilantro is listed in Crenshaw’s financial disclosure report as “Spouse salary.”

The Caller pressed Benshushan about how much Tara Crenshaw has been paid by Pink Cilantro, as it is not applicable in Crenshaw’s financial disclosure report. Benshushan said he checked with her accountant and found that their agency has paid Tara Crenshaw more than $60,000.

“Tara works for the digital marketing firm Pink Cilantro, which has been compensated by the campaign for services rendered in full compliance with all applicable rules,” a Crenshaw spokesperson told the Caller.

Benshushan explained that Tara Crenshaw did not have an actual salary but was paid on commission. Benshushan also told the Caller that Pink Cilantro only has 12 employees.

“She didn’t have a regular monthly salary because she was paid based on the volume of sales. So I will need my accountant to look back at her 1099 to confirm the exact numbers. I sent him a note and he has yet to respond,” Benshushan told the Caller after being asked how much money Tara Crenshaw was specifically paid.

“Everything that Tara was paid was derived from book sales. Her role as a contractor was distribution and marketing for the book. We have 12 employees, all are full-time w4 and w9,” Benshushan added.

Pink Cilantro is also getting money from Republican Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger. Benshushan told the Caller that “Kinzinger sought us out due to Crenshaw’s impressive branding. Pink Cilantro developed Crenshaw’s brand and Kinzinger wanted an agency that could develop their brand.”

Benshushan said the connection is “going to be (a) headline for the RINO hunters.”

Since 2021, Kinzinger’s campaign has paid Pink Cilantro close to $500,000, according to FEC records reviewed by the Caller. Kinzinger’s office and campaign would not respond to multiple requests for comment about their work with Pink Cilantro.

Sweden Gets Populist-Conservative-Liberal Coalition Government: Moderate Leader Elected PM

Longtime left-ruled Sweden has a new Prime Minister, with Moderate Party leader Ulf Kristersson elected by the country’s parliament as PM after a coalition agreement between the centre-right parties was reached last week.

Kristersson became Sweden’s new Prime Minister on Monday by a vote of 176 to 173 with no abstentions and is expected to present his new government on Tuesday. The election of Kristersson comes despite his centre-right party placing third behind the populist Sweden Democrats in last month’s election.

“It feels big. I’m grateful. I am happy about the confidence I have received from the Riksdag but also visibly humbled by the tasks that lie ahead,” Kristersson said following the vote.

The election of Prime Minister Kristersson comes after the coalition of the Moderates, the Sweden Democrats, the Christian Democrats, and the Liberals reached a governing agreement known as the Tidö agreement last week, broadcaster SVT reports.

Under the Tidö agreement, the new government will seek major reforms in several areas, including immigration and seek to withdraw residency permits in certain cases, deport people involved in criminal organisations or extremist organisations and tighten the rules around gaining Swedish citizenship.

The new government will also investigate problems linked to labour migration and launch an investigation into whether new migrants to Sweden should automatically be granted social benefits.

On crime, the Kristersson government will look to double the sentences for crimes linked to criminal gangs and look into deporting gang criminals without Swedish citizenship even if they have not been convicted of crimes.

A ban on living in certain areas will also be proposed for those convicted of crimes relating to gang activity, honour crimes, domestic violence and extremism.

The new proposals come as Sweden has seen its worst-ever year for fatal gun violence this year with the previous fatal shooting record being broken in August. The majority of the cases are linked to criminal gang activity, with many of the gang criminals coming from migrant backgrounds.

Sweden’s National Police Chief Anders Thornberg admitted in January of this year that migration and integration failures have contributed to the issue of violent criminal gangs saying, “It is based on a number of different factors. A sharp increase in demand for drugs, accelerating technological development and digitalisation, increased migration and lack of integration.”

Dutch Farmers Promise Fresh Protests After Govt Backs Plan to Forcibly Seize Farmland

Dutch farmers’ organisations have vowed to launch more protests in the Netherlands in response to advice from the government’s mediator, who has called for the forceable relocation of farming firms and the seizure of up to 600 farms deemed to be the heaviest nitrogen emitters.

Farmers Defence Force leader Mark Van den Oever announced this week that Dutch farmers will once again take to the streets after the government expressed its intentions to adopt the plan presented by former deputy prime minister Johan Remkes to meet the nitrogen standards demanded by the European Union.

Remkes, who has been serving as the chief mediator between farmers’ organisations and the government in the ongoing dispute over nitrogen emissions, laid out a plan last week that would see farms located close to protected environments forcibly relocated and a scheme for the government to seize up to 600 farms that emit the most nitrogen.

In response to the plan, Van den Oever said that the scheme was “completely wrong” and that the farmers of the nation would “give the old-fashioned gas again, count on that” — in reference to the widespread tractor protests by farmers over the summer.

The Farmers Defence Force leader said that ministers have ignored the concerns of farmers and that the globalist government of Prime Mnister Mark Rutte “imposes far too much on businesses”.

The plan to relocate farms has drawn particular ire from the organisation, with spokesman Sieta van Keimpema describing the measure as a “red line” for farmers.

Defending his proposals, Remkes said last week that, as a result of the European Union’s green agenda, “the Netherlands will be locked up because it will be legally almost impossible to issue permits. Not for houses, not for farms, not for roads.”

“I write this with a heavy heart, but I see no other way,” he said, adding: “I don’t expect the agricultural sector will be happy with this report.”

Earlier this year, Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced his intentions to cut nitrogen emissions from livestock farms in half by the year 2030 in order to satisfy goals laid out in the European Union’s Natura 2000 scheme, which requires that all EU member-states remove industry or farming from areas deemed to be of ecological importance.

The government has asserted to meet the EU goals, some farms may have to reduce their emissions by as much as 95 per cent and that up to 30 per cent of all livestock farms may be shut down permanently.

Following the announcement of the scheme, thousands of farmers staged protests throughout the country, with tractors being used to block highways and other critical infrastructure, and farmers dumping manure, tyres, and hay on motorways in defiance of the green agenda.

Speaking to Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM in July, Dutch political commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek said that her country was being used as a testing ground for the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, saying that “all these policies are out of those institutions and they are being implemented in our country first, we are sort of the pilot country together with Canada for this agenda.”

Vlaardingerbroek went on to claim that the push from the government to seize farmland was, in fact, more a result of the migrant crisis than the alleged climate crisis, explaining that the government wants the land to house migrants. While not widespread as of yet, this has already occurred, with the province of Flevoland buying up land in Noordoostpolder to build an asylum processing centre on the site of a former farm.

'Absolutely Shameful': Michigan Judge Drops Flint Water Crisis Charges Against 7 Officials

"This means there are currently no criminal charges over 8 years later," lamented one journalist.

A Michigan judge on Tuesday dropped felony criminal charges against seven former officials in connection to the 2014 Flint water crisis that poisoned thousands of people and killed dozens.

Genesee County Circuit Judge Elizabeth Kelly's decision stems from a Michigan Supreme Court ruling in June that deemed state prosecutors' use of a one-man grand jury to issue indictments legally improper, throwing into doubt efforts to hold ex-officials accountable for a water disaster that has had lasting impacts on Flint residents.

"The threat of lead contamination is not over, as we've seen from recent monitoring showing rising lead levels in the city's drinking water."

"Because the one-person grand jury does not have the power to issue indictments, the indictments issued in the felony Flint water cases were void ab initio," Kelly wrote. "Therefore, anything arising out of the invalid indictments [is] irreconcilably tainted from inception."

In the eight years since the start of the crisis, which was sparked by a cost-cutting decision to switch the city's water supply to the Flint River without adequate testing and treatment, a number of Michigan officials—including the state's former Republican governor—have been charged with crimes, but none of the charges have held.

Among the officials who had charges dropped Tuesday were former Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Director Nick Lyon and former MDHHS medical executive Eden Wells, both of whom faced nine counts of involuntary manslaughter.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, a Democrat, has been accused of botching efforts to punish officials responsible for the mass lead poisoning and Legionnaires' epidemic in Flint. Charlie LeDuff, a columnist for The Detroit News, explained last month that "instead of holding preliminary examinations, Nessel's office used a one-man grand jury to charge former Gov. Rick Snyder with willful neglect—a misdemeanor—as well as recharging several others with a new round of indictments of manslaughter and misconduct."

"Nessel's team argues that while the Supreme Court ruled a one-man grand jury may not issue indictments, his findings can still be used to seek a warrant," LeDuff continued. "Despite assurances from Nessel's office claiming things are moving forward, people in the legal world know time is running out… Evidence has grown cold and memories have grown dark. The statute of limitations is creeping up, depending on the person and the charges. So it's worth saying again. It's doubtful anyone goes to prison."

In a statement responding to Kelly's decision, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy, Michigan Solicitor General Fadwa Hammoud, and the Flint Water Prosecution Team vowed to "review" the ruling and "continue its pursuit of justice for Flint."

"Though it may be of little comfort," the officials said, "the people of Flint have always had on their side a dedicated team of lawyers and advocates committed to justice and with the sincere belief that what happened to the people of Flint is a crime."

The latest indication that justice for Flint residents won't be forthcoming any time soon was met with outrage. Nina Turner, a former Ohio state senator, called the decision to drop charges against the seven ex-officials "unjust" and "absolutely shameful."

Journalist Jordan Chariton, who has covered the Flint case closely, also expressed dismay on social media:

As prosecutors fail to punish officials involved in the 2014 crisis and the high-level attempts to cover it up, Flint is struggling to replace its remaining lead pipes.

UK council goes cashless, allegedly to “support the switch to the digital economy”

The council of Shropshire, a county in England, plans to go cashless by April next year. The council alleged that the move is in response to changes in the behavior of the public.

The council finance and corporate affairs minister Gwilym Butler said: “Post-pandemic business evidence is that fewer and fewer people are using cash and cheques to make their day-to-day purchases and complete larger transactions.

“The increased use of banking apps and smart technology by consumers means that most people routinely carry less than £5 in real cash, so we are looking at ways we can adapt and support the switch to the digital economy.

“It brings benefits of savings in both staff time and the costs of processing payments, allows customer to access their accounts without having to attend our offices, and we can gather data to help plan and improve our services at times of peak demand.”

The council will not completely lock out those who want to use cash. However, they will have to use third-party payments systems like PayPoint and the Post Office.

Charity group Age UK has expressed concerns with the move, arguing that it will inconvenience old people as they are not familiar with digital payment systems.

“We have raised our concerns about the local authority’s move to become more digitally focused, and the negative impact this will have on a large number of older people in our county who don’t have the means to access these services,” said Age UK’s information and advice manager Robert Smith to Shropshire Star.

Recall, Hunter Biden also previously received $3.5 million for Yelena Baturina, the billionaire widow of a corrupt Moscow mayor.

In September 2020 the Senate Finance and Homeland Security Committees released a devastating report on the Biden crime family and backed up their claims with documents from the Treasury Department.

According to documents the Senate committees obtained from the Treasury Department:

Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Yelena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow on February 14, 2014 and another $241,797 to a bank account for Rosemont Seneca Thornton from May-December 2015.

To this day, Yelena Baturina has never been sanctioned by the Biden Regime and Joe Biden refuses to answer why (we know why).

In 2012 Hunter’s firm had a $69.7million plan to invest in 2.15million sq ft of office space in seven US cities.

Documents outlining the plan said the money came from a mix of investors, including $40million from Inteco Management AG, a Swiss company owned by Baturina.

The Inteco group is a plastics and construction behemoth that made Baturina the richest woman in Russia at the time. She has a current net worth of $1.4billion according to Forbes.

Attacks on Russia’s Belgorod Region Intensify

Multiple attacks have been reported in Belgorod over the past few days

Ukrainian shelling targeted Russia’s Belgorod region on Sunday, wounding three people, local authorities said.

“Three members of the same family suffered wounds in the shelling in Belgorod. Two men with shrapnel wounds were taken to the hospital and a woman received outpatient treatment,” Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on Telegram.

Belgorod borders Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, where Ukrainian forces made significant territorial gains in a counteroffensive last month. Attacks have been reported inside Belgorod throughout the war, but they have intensified in recent weeks.

On Saturday, two gunmen opened fire at a military base in Belgorod, killing 11 Russian soldiers. The Russian Defense Ministry said the incident was a terrorist attack and that the perpetrators were from a former Soviet state, but didn’t specify which one. The shooters fired on Russian volunteer soldiers during target practice and were killed by returning fire.

Also on Saturday, Gladkov said a fire was extinguished at an oil depot in Belgorod that broke out due to Ukrainian shelling. On Friday, Gladkov reported an apartment building was damaged by Ukrainian shelling, and a day earlier, he said Ukrainian strikes targeted an ammunition depot in the region.

Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched large-scale missile strikes across Ukraine on power infrastructure in response to the truck bombing of the Crimean Bridge. He said Friday that there was no need to keep up the attacks, but previously warned of a harsher response to further Ukrainian “terrorist attacks” on Russian territory.

Australia has quietly rolled back a decision made under its previous government to recognize West Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

In recent days, Canberra’s Department of Foreign Affairs deleted two sentences addressing Jerusalem from its website, which were added when prime minister Scott Morrison announced the move in 2018.

The now-deleted text described “West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel” and noted that Australia “looks forward to moving its embassy to West Jerusalem when practical, in support of, and after the final status determination of, a two-state solution,” The Guardian reported on Monday.

Foreign Minister Penny Wong of the Labor Party — which formed the government after winning federal elections in May — said as an opposition senator in 2018 that her center-left party “does not support unilateral recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and in government would reverse this decision.”

The foreign ministry website still includes the bipartisan position that Australia “is committed to a two-state solution in which Israel and a future Palestinian state coexist, in peace and security, within internationally recognized borders.”

The ministry’s spokesperson said the current government “continues to consider the final status of Jerusalem as a matter to be resolved as part of any peace negotiations.”

Jerusalem has yet to respond to the change and there has been no comment from the Australian embassy in Israel.

Morrison’s decision received a lukewarm reception in Israel at the time, with many politicians charging that the move did not go far enough, having not recognized the entirety of the city as the Jewish state’s capital, while keeping Australia’s embassy in Tel Aviv. The prior year, the United States under then-president Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and later moved the American embassy there.

Both Israel and the Palestinians claim Jerusalem as their capital. Israel captured East Jerusalem from Jordan in the 1967 Six Day War and later annexed it in a move never recognized by the international community.

For decades the international community maintained that the city’s status should be negotiated between Israel and the Palestinians. Critics argue that declaring Jerusalem the capital of either inflames tensions and prejudges the outcome of final status peace talks.

Last month, British Prime Minister Liz Truss told Prime Minister Yair Lapid that she is reviewing a relocation of the country’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

White House condemns ‘antisemitic’ Trump remarks

The White House on Monday condemned former President Trump’s comments telling American Jews to “get their act together” as antisemitic.

“Donald Trump’s comments were antisemitic, as you all know, and insulting both to Jews and to our Israeli allies,” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at a briefing. “But let’s be clear, for years, for years now Donald Trump has aligned with extremists and antisemitic figures, and it should be called out.”

Trump on Sunday touted his support of Israel in a post on Truth Social, his fledgling social media company, before questioning why Jewish people in the U.S. did not support him more strongly.

“No President has done more for Israel than I have. Somewhat surprisingly, however, our wonderful Evangelicals are far more appreciative of this than the people of the Jewish faith, especially those living in the U.S.,” Trump wrote. “Those living in Israel, though, are a different story — Highest approval rating in the World, could easily be P.M.! U.S. Jews have to get their act together and appreciate what they have in Israel — Before it is too late!”

The comments were widely criticized by Jewish groups and U.S. lawmakers, who bemoaned that Trump has on multiple occasions reduced Jews in the U.S. to their support for Israel.

“It is bewildering that President Trump, who has Jewish children and Jewish grandchildren, continues to evoke age-old antisemitic tropes,” Jonathan Greenblatt, head of the Anti-Defamation League, said Monday.

“American Jews got ‘their act together’ in 2020, when 77 percent supported Biden. This won’t change because Jews view Trump and MAGA candidates as extremist-aligned threats to our security, democracy & values, as epitomized by this antisemitic screed,” Jewish Democratic Council of America CEO Halie Soifer said in a statement.

Trump made support for Israel a cornerstone of his foreign policy, but he has repeatedly drawn criticism for dabbling in antisemitic tropes or failing to condemn extremism.

In 2019, Trump suggested that Jewish people who vote for Democrats are either ignorant or disloyal.

According to a map published on the news outlet’s Telegram channel, the alert was declared in all regions of southern, eastern and central Ukraine, including Kiev and the Kiev Region, as well as the Kharkov, the Odessa, the Dnepropetrovsk, the Poltava and the Zhitomir Regions. Authorities in the capital Kiev issued an air raid warning on their Telegram channel. Local officials earlier on Monday reported fires and explosions in Kiev.

Durham wraps Danchenko case, but not before admonishing FBI in closing arguments

Danchenko was indicted on five federal charges of lying to the FBI about his connections to sources he used to contribute to the Steele dossier.

The federal case against Steele dossier primary source Igor Danchenko concluded Monday with closing arguments, then went to jury — but not before Special Counsel John Durham blasted the FBI for its handling of the informant and its entire Russia collusion probe, saying the bureau had a "certain mindset" and clearly didn't do things as it should have.

Special Counsel John Durham's trial of Russian information specialist and Steele dossier source Igor Danchenko is expected to conclude Monday with closing arguments, sending the verdict to a 12-member jury in a federal court in Northern Virginia.

Danchenko was indicted on five federal charges of lying to the FBI about his connections to sources whom he used to contribute to the dossier, named for former British spy Christopher Steele, who compiled the report for the bureau as it probed possible collusion between Russia and the 2016 Trump presidential campaign.

However, Danchenko supplied about 80% of the content.

On Friday, District Judge Anthony Trenga dropped the charge that Danchenko lied to the FBI about speaking with source Charles Dolan, a Democrat operative.

Danchenko has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

Durham was appointed special counsel in 2020 by then-Attorney General William Barr to look into the FBI's conduct in its Russia collusion probe, originally called operation Crossfire Hurricane.

The dossier, which was essentially opposition research on then-GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, has now been largely discredited.

Drink Champs is a popular hip-hop podcast, hosting some of the biggest names in the industry, including Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg and more.

“It’s cause he’s Jewish, and this is my exact point that I’m making,” West said following Charney’s decision. “Jewish people have owned the Black voice. EU Prosecutor Confirms Ongoing Investigation into Ursula von der Leyen’s Dealings with Albert Bourla

On Friday, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (“EPPO”) confirmed it has an ongoing investigation into the acquisition of Covid vaccines in the European Union. The EPPO is tasked with investigating and prosecuting economic crimes against the financial interests of the European Union (“EU”)

“This exceptional confirmation comes after the extremely high public interest. No further details will be made public at this stage,” the EPPO tweeted.

This comes after renewed calls last Tuesday for the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, to resign. Four Members of the European Parliament (“MEPs”) held a press conference to expose what happened during the second session of the European Parliament’s special committee on Covid-19 (“COVI”) on 10 October which put questions to Pfizer’s representative Janine Small.

In April 2021, The New York Times reported that it was von der Leyen who had concluded the huge vaccine contract with Pfizer/BioNTech. She personally took care of signing the contract during negotiations with Pfizer’s CEO, Albert Bourla. The deal to lock in 1.8 billion doses established the European Union as Pfizer’s biggest single client by far.

“For a month, von der Leyen had been exchanging texts and calls with Albert Bourla, the chief executive of Pfizer, another vaccine supplier to the bloc. And as they spoke, two things became clear: Pfizer might have more doses it could offer the bloc — many more. And the European Union would be thrilled to have them,” The New York Times wrote.

Details had been discussed by telephone and text messages. In May 2021, netzpolitik.org journalist Alexander Fanta submitted a Freedom of Information request to obtain copies of von der Leyen’s messages with Bourla. The European Commission Secretary-General responded: “No documents could be found that fell within the scope of your request.”

The Commission’s refusal to grant access to these communications prompted the EU ombudsman Emily O’Reilly to criticise how the commission handled this Freedom of Information request. O’Reilly found that the commission staff had never explicitly asked the president’s office to look for the text messages and called on the EU executive to do a more exhaustive search. The Commission said that it was unable to find such messages: “The Commission can confirm that the search undertaken by the President’s cabinet for relevant text messages corresponding to the request for access to documents has not yielded any results,” the EU transparency commissioner Vera Jourova said in a letter to the ombudsman.

As reported by Investigate Europe in September 2021, according to a report prepared by the People’s Vaccine Alliance, the EU may have overpaid €31 billion for doses. This assessment rests on a study by Imperial College London showing that mRNA injections could be mass-produced for as little as $1.18 to $2.85. The markup for each shot would thus be over 794% for Moderna and over 1,838% for Pfizer.

The lack of transparency surrounding these texts triggered outrage among MEPs and civil society organisations who criticised the commission for using tricks to avoid accountability. During a press conference calling for von der Leyen’s resignation in February, MEP Cristian Terhes said:

“Is this the Europe we want? A Europe where the President of the Commission personally negotiates with the head of a private company on something that affects our fundamental rights? We should … have access to these documents. It should have been her [to be] the first one disclosing this information to us MEPs and us journalists and everybody living in the European Union because we are all affected by these decisions. Former Austrian Chancellor and ex-NSO Chief Start Cybersecurity Firm

Former chief executive of the controversial Israeli spyware company NSO Group, Shalev Hulio, has partnered with Sebastian Kurz, Austria’s ex-Chancellor who was forced to resign following a corruption investigation last year, to launch the cybersecurity startup “Dream Security”.

Hulio stepped down in August from his post at NSO citing internal reorganization. The company is known for producing the notorious Pegasus software which some regimes have used to spy on dissidents, journalists and activists.

NSO’s clients include Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Hungary and India.

NSO Group was blacklisted by the Biden administration in November 2021 for acting “contrary to the foreign policy and national security interests of the U.S.”

Kurz, 36, who was once the world’s youngest head of government, confirmed the venture on a Facebook post on Friday saying that “the need to protect critical infrastructure such as energy, water, and healthcare from cyber attacks is growing,” and that the novel Tel Aviv based company aims to “offer solutions to protect against such attacks.”

Another one of Dream Security’s founding members is Gil Dolev, founder and former CEO of Wayout Group, an Israeli intelligence gathering company. According to Times of Israel, Dolev and Hulio’s ties go back years; Dolev is the brother of NSO Group president Shiri Dolev, and the Wayout Group was acquired by NSO-affiliated entities.

According to Israeli business daily Globes, Dream Security already raised US$20 million in funding with a group of investors led by Israeli-American venture capitalist Dovi Frances. The company is looking to cater to the European market at this stage.

Globes also reported that Kurz will serve as Dream Security’s president and vice president of business development. He told the publication that during his time as the head of the Austrian government, he “witnessed many attacks on governments as well as on manufacturing plants and energy installations.”

Dream Security will build artificial intelligence based solutions to detect and respond to cyber incidents as they occur in real time, Globes reported.

Kurz, who was the Austrian Chancellor up until a year ago, made the switch from public to private sector following a corruption probe relating to embezzlement and bribery. He quit his role as the chancellor and politics altogether shortly after the October 2021 investigation, and by the end of December 2021, he was hired by billionaire Peter Thiel’s investment firm as a global strategist.

The disgraced ex-Chancellor, who denies any wrongdoing and says he quit his political role to focus on familial duties, was a runner-up in OCCRP’s “2021 Most Corrupt Person of the Year” alongside Bashar Al-Assad and Aleksandr Lukashenko.

International crackdown on West-African financial crime rings

The INTERPOL-coordinated operation, yielding more than 70 arrests, confirms the global footprint of Black Axe and similar organized crime groups.

Lyon, France: Behind the headlines that emerged earlier this month on the arrest of two suspected online scammers in South Africa lies a global police operation coordinated by INTERPOL.

Codenamed Operation Jackal, the joint law enforcement effort mobilized 14 countries across four continents in a targeted strike against Black Axe and related West-African organized crime groups.

Operation Jackal marks the first time INTERPOL has coordinated a global operation specifically against Black Axe, which is rapidly becoming a major security threat worldwide.

Black Axe and similar groups are responsible for the majority of the world’s cyber-enabled financial fraud as well as many other serious crimes, according to evidence analyzed by INTERPOL’s Financial Crime and Anti-Corruption Centre (IFCACC) and national law enforcement.

In South Africa alone, the two suspects arrested were wanted for online scams that extracted USD 1.8 million from victims.

Lifeblood of organized crime

Over one coordinated ‘action week’ (26-30 September), police worldwide launched enforcement operations against individuals linked to the Black Axe group, arresting suspected criminal operators or money mules, raiding and shutting down premises and seizing assets related to ongoing cases.

Two INTERPOL operational support teams were also deployed to South Africa and Ireland respectively to help coordinate international law enforcement teams on the ground. In Italy, the Carabinieri made three arrests in Campobasso within the framework of the operation.

Lavish lifestyles

The immense quantity of assets seized, including 12,000 SIM cards, have provided new investigative leads for law enforcement, generating 13 analytical reports and allowing police to identify more than 70 additional suspects.

The lavish lifestyles and greed of many suspects – allegedly paid for by defrauding members of the public of their savings and other criminal activities – was on clear display at the scenes of their arrest. Various luxury assets were seized, including a residential property, three cars and tens of thousands in cash.

The operation also saw INTERPOL successfully deploy its new global stop-payment mechanism known as the Anti-Money Laundering Rapid Response Protocol (ARRP), currently in its pilot stage. Used within the framework of INTERPOL’s Global Financial Crime Task Force, the ARRP enables member countries to quickly intercept illegal proceeds of crime.

“The ARRP is a game-changer in the fight against global financial crime, where speed and international cooperation are crucial to intercepting illicit funds before they disappear into the pockets of money mules abroad,” said Rory Corcoran, Director of IFCACC. “INTERPOL’s Global Financial Crime Task Force has shown remarkable effectiveness in disrupting illicit financial flows, bringing together cyber and finance experts across sectors to track and cut off criminal money trails.”

White House Scrambles After Biden Suggests Pakistan's Nukes Are 'Unsafe'

The White House is in damage control after rare criticism directed against US ally Pakistan by President Joe Biden has created an uproar and severe diplomatic tensions.

Biden said last Thursday that Pakistan was "one of the most dangerous nations in the world" because it has "nuclear weapons without any cohesion." The statement strongly suggesting Pakistan's nukes are insecure and therefore in potentially unsafe hands, according to an official transcript of remarks given at a Democratic Party fundraiser in Los Angeles.

On Monday the US administration sought to reassure its central Asian ally, saying the United States remains "confident" that Pakistan can secure its nuclear arsenal - a reversal of Biden's own words.

"The United States is confident of Pakistan's commitment and its ability to secure its nuclear assets," State Department spokesman Vedant Patel told a press briefing.

The statement comes two days after on Saturday Pakistan summoned the US ambassador in Islamabad to condemn the remarks. Biden's words even elicited an irate response from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who said over the weekend:

"Pakistan is a responsible nuclear state and we are proud that our nuclear assets have the best safeguards as per IAEA requirements," Sharif tweeted, referring to the International Atomic Energy Agency. "We take these safety measures with the utmost seriousness. Let no one have any doubts."

Pakistan’s foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari expressed surprised at Biden's assessment, chalking it up to possible "misunderstanding". Former US Ambassador Grenell says Biden administration funding both sides of Ukraine war

Former Ambassador to Germany says that the Biden Administration is funding both sides of war in Ukraine

Former Acting Director of the United States National Intelligence Ric Grenell on Monday accused the Biden administration of funding both sides of Russia's war in Ukraine.

The administration funds "all sorts of foreign countries, foreign wars, foreign entanglements. And [officials] don't ever really see the the strategic blunder that is happening," Grenell said on the John Solomon Reports podcast. "And I think most Americans struggle with understanding the very clear reason why we're putting $19 billion into Ukraine."

Grenell comments follow his tweet earlier in the day in which he argued the U.S. is funding Russia, because it has financial dealings with Iran, which is supplying Russia with equipment for drone strikes.

"The Biden Administration is giving Ukraine $19 billion while negotiating with the Iranian Regime to give them billions of dollars – all the while Iran supplies Russia with drones to attack Ukraine," the tweet read."Biden is officially on both sides of the Ukraine war."

Grenell is apparently arguing that Iran enter a U.S.-led deal to curb its program to develop nuclear weapons – or reenter the 2015 deal former President Trump ended – would lead to the easing of millions, if not more, in economic sanctions.

He said National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan is "negotiating with Iran, promising them all sorts of gifts to control their nuclear issue, which I would argue is not controlling their nuclear issue, but it's encouraging them to continue their terrorist ways.

"While at the same time, they're funding Ukraine, and now we see that Iran has sent their drones to Ukraine."

He also said the administration is "literally on both sides of the war. Now in Ukraine, we're working with the Iranians who are supplying the Russians and we're giving money to the Ukrainians. It's outrageous."

The former ambassador says that this doesn't surprise him due to the corruption in Washington.

"For Washington, it just means that all those big contractors get to get more money, a war goes on, and they keep funding this whole mess," Grenell stated. "Meanwhile, diplomacy is pushed off to the side."
