GOP candidate quits after cop catches him masturbating outside preschool

October 20, 2021

A Republican running for an Arizona college district’s governing board suspended his campaign Tuesday, two weeks after he was arrested for allegedly masturbating outside a preschool at one of the colleges he was hoping to represent.

Police found candidate Randy Kaufman on Oct. 4 parked outside the child center at Rio Salado College with his pants down to his mid-thigh and “manipulating his genitals in a masturbatory manner,” according to a police report.

Kaufman was in full view of the campus’s Wirtzie’s Preschool and Child Care Center, where several preschool-age children were playing outside, the report said.

“Seriously?” the officer said upon finding the Republican playing with himself.

“I’m sorry,” Kaufman allegedly told the officer. “I f–ked up. I’m really stressed.”

Kaufman said he was out buying rebar nearby but was so stressed out that he pulled into the lot to relieve himself without realizing what the lot was for.

The alleged pervert quit his campaign Tuesday to be on the Maricopa County Community College Governing Board after media reports detailing the arrest were circulated, 12 News reported. The panel oversees 10 colleges, including the one Kaufman was caught fondling himself in.

Kaufman admitted to watching “interracial porn” and masturbating in his Ford truck, which was parked across three parking spaces, but claimed he did not realize how close he was to the preschool.

After repeatedly admitting that he “f–ked up,” Kaufman tried to weasel his way out of the arrest by detailing his relationship with another campus police officer.

“Can I say something off the record?” Kaufman asked. “I know officer Jim Hill; he works with you guys … and … I’m running for the Governing Board for the colleges. I didn’t even know this was one of your sites but now I see the signs all over the parking lot.”

Instead, the officer left the statements in the report and notified his direct supervisor of what Kaufman had said.

Kaufman was charged with public sexual indecency but could face a felony charge because of his proximity to the childcare center, News 12 said.

Despite his campaign suspension, Kaufman’s name will still appear on the ballot, CBS 3 reported.

In a statement about his suspended campaign, Kaufman didn’t address the arrest but said he “will never stop fighting to protect the United States Constitution and the values that make America the greatest country in the world,” according to Huffington Post.

Trump is considering allowing investigators BACK into Mar-a-Lago for a second time under supervision - so he can satisfy the Justice Department

October 20, 2022

FBI agents raided Mar-a-Lago in August

Trump responded with fury and blasted it as part of a witch hunt

He has even accused agents of planting evidence, without supporting the claim

He also fumed that agents searched his home without his lawyers present

CNN reports his team is considering negotiating an additional search

This time his lawyers would be likely be present

Trump lawyer signed June document saying all classified material was returned

With the DOJ's investigation of former President Donald Trump's handling of government documents showing no signs of abating, his lawyers are considering letting investigators back into his private club to conduct an additional search.

Trump has fumed that his lawyers weren't allowed to participate when the FBI searched his Mar-a-Lago club in August while his lawyers were outside.

Now, after suffering legal setbacks including a failed effort to get the Supreme Court to intervene, his team is considering negotiating an additional search that would likely involve their participation, CNN reported.

The August 8th search of his property, which drew a furious response from Trump, came after a court-authorized search warrant where agents spelled out probable cause they would find information there. That in turn followed a June visit to the club by a senior Justice Department official.

However government filings reveal DOJ is not persuaded Trump has handed over all of the government material that may be in his possession.

FBI agents visited three areas of Trump's club during the search, including a storage room and Trump's office, where agents said they located classified material, including in Trump's desk.

There have been repeated reports of strategic splits within Trump's legal team, with Florida lawyer Christopher Kise cast as pushing a more accommodating approach.

One Trump lawyer, Christina Bobb, spoke to the FBI this month about her own role, having signed a document vouching for a 'diligent search' as the designated custodian of Trump's records. She said fellow Trump lawyer Evan Cocoran asked her to sign the document.

DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION

AOC busts a move as hecklers chant for her to be voted out of office

Drumming protesters crashed another town hall event hosted by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Wednesday, leading the congresswoman to dance along to their rhythmic chants.

October 20, 2022

Sometimes, you’ve just gotta dance.

Drumming protesters crashed another town hall event hosted by far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) Wednesday night, with the “Squad” member eventually bopping along to their rhythmic chants.

Video of the protest in Queens showed demonstrators chanting “AOC has got to go” and holding up signs denouncing the 33-year-old congresswoman while a man with a hand drum pounds out a beat.

The loud jeering and chanting left Ocasio-Cortez with nothing better to do than show off her moves while she sat on the edge of a stage.

At one point, the lawmaker appeared to spot a sign in the crowd reading, “Wake up New York. Vote for Tina Forte. F–k AOC.”

“Very classy. Thank you, sir,” Ocasio-Cortez said of the sign referencing her Republican opponent.

AOC later tried to reason with the angry demonstrators and get them to quiet down and engage in a conversation.

“Respectfully, ma’am, you’re saying, ‘Ask us why’ — Y’all have been talking for 20 minutes, OK? We know why. We know why you’re mad,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “Let’s talk about it.”

Astute observation

Sumtin ain't quite right, wonder if he was leading and had to be neutralized. If there was a Dem in the race you can almost guarantee they weren't going to win, not with the pervy direction their party has taken.

Jury Says Kevin Spacey Didn't Molest Actor Anthony Rapp in 1986

The lawsuit sought $40 million in damages

October 20, 2022

A jury on Thursday said that Kevin Spacey did not molest actor Anthony Rapp when Rapp was 14, while both were relatively unknown actors in Broadway plays in the 1980s.

The verdict brings to a conclusion a trial that was an outgrowth of the #MeToo movement.

Deliberations began in midafternoon after a lawyer for Rapp, Richard Steigman, urged jurors to make Spacey pay for trying to make a sexual advance on Rapp in Spacey’s Manhattan apartment in 1986 after a party. He accused Spacey of lying on the witness stand.

Jennifer Keller, a lawyer for Spacey, told jurors that Rapp made up the encounter and said they should reject Rapp’s claims.

Rapp, 50, and Spacey, 63, each testified over several days at the three-week trial. The lawsuit sought $40 million in damages.

Rapp’s claims, and those of others, abruptly interrupted what had been a soaring career for the two-time Academy Award winning actor, who lost his job on the Netflix series “House of Cards” and saw other opportunities dry up. Rapp is a regular on TV’s “Star Trek: Discovery” and was part of the original Broadway cast of “Rent.”

In his closing, Steigman said jurors should conclude that Spacey lied to them when he insisted that the encounter could not have happened, in part because Rapp claimed it happened in a one-bedroom apartment and Spacey lived in a studio.
