You are putting way too much work into this for it not to have an ulterior motive.
I have never banned Alleycat player. You have me confused with someone else. I don't appreciate all the acid remarks you throw my way.
Alleycat player also installs a web server, but it says so in the install, and that is no problem.
There is no reason to keep the other script installed that you previously used to work around the security here.
You even have an alleycat board. That is very nice. Perhaps if we weren't always attacked people would come to the website and see your board.

I don't have that problem. Maybe you should try another browser? It sounds like an edge case.
