It hasn't happened yet. And hopefully never will. But if one day I get a co-worker who demands that I use their special pronouns I will flat out refuse, at first.

But if I get any form of threat for my job I will immediately concede my refusal and apologize to my co-worker, but at the same time I will from then on demand that my new pronouns Who/What be respected and used.

If they refuse they are being obvious hypocrites and I can sue them. If they don't, it'll get old really quick but at least they feel stupid every time they refer to me (and so will I…)
