Two MORE Defendants Indicted in Yuma County Ballot Trafficking Scheme

The Arizona Attorney General’s office announced Wednesday that two more suspected ballot traffickers were indicted for voter fraud in San Luis, Arizona.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Guillermina Fuentes, who was convicted of a felony earlier this year, ran a very sophisticated ballot-harvesting operation in the border city of San Luis. Alma Yadira Juarez also pleaded guilty to a class 1 misdemeanor and was sentenced to only probation.

Juarez, who was indicted in December 2020, admitted to authorities that Fuentes gave her the ballots to stuff into ballot boxes. Fuentes was later indicted for multiple felonies.

Current city council member Gloria Lopez Torres and Nadia Guadalupe Lizarraga-Mayorquin, also known as Nadia Buchanan, were each indicted with two class 6 felonies for conspiracy and ballot abuse on October 3rd.

Gloria Torres is a current San Luis City Council Member and Gadsden Elementary School District Board member who faced a recall effort last year stemming from her political ties to former Gadsden Elementary School Board member Guillermina Fuentes.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported on new video footage of Guillermina Fuentes surrendering herself to the Yuma County Detention Center to serve a 30-day sentence for illegally trafficking ballots in San Luis as part of the sophisticated operation mentioned above.

These new indictments allege that Gloria Torres collected seven early ballots from Nadia Guadalupe Lizarraga-Mayorquin in the 2020 primary election, and Lizarraga-Mayorquin collected at least one early ballot from Flor Aylin Castaneda.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Gloria Torres received search warrants at the Comite De Bien Estar nonprofit office in San Luis, and law enforcement was looking for evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 Election.

The Arizona Attorney General put out the following news release Wednesday.

YUMA – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that Gloria Lopez Torres of San Luis, and Nadia Guadalupe Lizarraga-Mayorquin of San Luis, also known as Nadia Buchanan, have been charged by the State Grand Jury with Conspiracy and Ballot Abuse arising from an alleged “ballot harvesting” scheme where early ballots from other voters were collected and deposited into a ballot box on primary Election Day, August 4, 2020. The City of San Luis held municipal elections on that date.

The Grand Jury indictments, returned on October 3, 2022, allege that Torres collected seven ballots from Lizarraga-Mayorquin, and that Lizarraga-Mayorquin collected at least one ballot from a third party.

Arizona law only provides for a family member, household member, or caregiver of the voter to collect voted or unvoted early ballots from another person. Under Arizona law ballot harvesting is a class 6 felony.

This investigation was conducted by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Special Investigations Section, Election Integrity Unit.

Assistant Attorney General Todd Lawson is prosecuting this case.

A copy of Torres’ indictment is available here.

A copy of Lizarraga-Mayorquin’s indictment is available here.

It is rumored that investigators from the Attorney General’s office were in San Luis last week investigating and possibly indicting others for voter fraud and ballot trafficking in the 2020 election.

A representative from the Yuma County Sheriff’s office told TGP that the Attorney General’s office has partially taken over the County Sheriff’s investigation of voter fraud in the County. They also said, “We currently have 26 cases that we are investigating.”

“Investigators confirmed that the AG’s office was in town talking to people, but it is unknown if anybody was arrested at this time,” said the Yuma County Sherriff’s office.

Republican State Senate Nominee Gary Garcia Snyder, who filmed Guillermina Fuentes trafficking ballots in the 2020 election, says that he is expecting more indictments, but it may take months or longer.

It is unclear at this moment when the convictions will be made or if more indictments will be served.

So I go check the bible and in Job 40 it says this

6 Then the Lord spoke to Job out of the storm:

7

“Brace yourself like a man;

I will question you,

and you shall answer me.

8

“Would you discredit my justice?

Would you condemn me to justify yourself?

9

Do you have an arm like God’s,

and can your voice thunder like his?

10

Then adorn yourself with glory and splendor,

and clothe yourself in honor and majesty.

11

Unleash the fury of your wrath,

look at all who are proud and bring them low,

12

look at all who are proud and humble them,

crush the wicked where they stand.

13

Bury them all in the dust together;

shroud their faces in the grave.

14

Then I myself will admit to you

that your own right hand can save you.

Jill Biden Predicts Wave Of Cancer Diagnoses After COVID-19

First Lady Jill Biden on Monday evening predicted there will be an increased number of cancer diagnoses following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Biden did not say that there would be a specific cause in the uptick in cancer diagnoses, but she pointed out that a number of people did not get routine medical checkups because of the pandemic. The first lady encouraged people to catch up on cancer screenings that were delayed.

Speaking to Newsmax, Biden said that “people are going back” to doctors “and they’re realizing, ‘Gosh, I forgot to get my colonoscopy; I didn’t get my mammogram; I didn’t get my skin screening.”

“I think in the next couple of months you’re going to see more cancers,” added the first lady. “It’s not a red issue, a blue issue,” Jill Biden added. “Cancer affects every American.”

President Joe Biden’s son, Beau, died from brain cancer seven years ago. During a recent event, the president claimed that his son “lost his life in Iraq” despite his son dying from a brain tumor at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Maryland.

“I say this as the father of a man who won the Bronze Star, the conspicuous service medal and lost his life in Iraq,” Biden said during his speech in Colorado. It’s not clear why he made that comment, although some speculated it may have been in reference to Beau Biden having been allegedly exposed to toxic burn pits while stationed in Iraq.

In 2018, Biden told PBS that his son was located near Iraqi burn pits when he served in the military and linked it to cancer.

“We know now you don’t want to live underneath a smokestack where carcinogens are coming out of it,” Biden told PBS. “But there has yet to be, that I’m aware of, any direct scientific evidence that a particular person came back with higher instances, there’s a lot higher instances of cancer coming from Iraq now and Afghanistan than in other wars.”

Star Wars actor sent 500 drones to Ukraine

The actor who played Luke Skywalker in the iconic film series raised the funds in the last month alone

Actor Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker in the iconic Star Wars sci-fi film series, has revealed he sent over 500 drones to Ukraine via the country’s United24 fundraising platform in the last month alone. In a Thursday interview on Bloomberg Radio, the actor insisted Ukraine “needed” the weapons.

“Very simply: Ukraine needs drones. They define war outcomes, they protect their land, their people, they monitor the border, they’re eyes in the sky,” Hamill told host Joe Mathieu, adding that the fundraising platform sent him multiple updates every week on their progress obtaining the unmanned vehicles.

Hamill was named an ambassador for United24’s Army of Drones project last month. The project is one of several drone fundraising initiatives Ukrainians have established to beef up their aerial arsenal. Another, launched earlier this month, crowdfunded $9.6 million in just 24 hours to purchase kamikaze drones.

Meanwhile, the US has pledged over $27 billion in military aid alone to Ukraine since the start of 2022.

At Least 50 Dead as Chadian Anti-Junta Demonstrators Clash With Military Police Forces

The Chadian government has worked closely with France, its former colonial ruler, in its sprawling trans-Sahelian “War on Terror” style campaign, hosting its headquarters since 2014. However, other regional nations have seen their populations rebel against that war, including Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso.

Dozens of protesters were killed during clashes with Chadian police on Thursday, the Chadian government said, amid demonstrations against the lengthy transition period the military government recently announced for the resumption of civilian rule in the central African country.

Chadian Prime Minister Saleh Kebzabo told reporters that “around 50” protesters had been killed and at least 300 injured in the demonstrations, which were banned by the military government and repressed by police.

Most of the deaths reportedly occurred in the capital city of N’Djamena, in the country’s west, and the southern cities of Moundou and Koumra. Kebzabo announced an overnight curfew that would be in place until the "total restoration of order" in those areas.

Thursday was supposed to be the final day of 18 months of military rule, which assumed power following the April 2021 death in battle of longtime leader President Idriss Déby Itno. His 38-year-old son, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, took over as president in what critics said was against the Chadian constitution. The legislature and existing government were then dissolved.

However, earlier this month, the Transitional Military Council, formed by 15 generals and headed by Déby, declared Déby the country’s interim president for another two years, which it said was the time needed to prepare free and democratic elections.

"They shoot at us. They are killing our people. The soldiers of the only general who refused to honor his word and today is the end of 18 months, this is how he intends to install the dynasty by killing the people," tweeted Succès Masra, Chadian economist and leader of the opposition group Les Transformateurs (The Transformers). His tweet included presumed photos of several dead Chadian demonstrators.

Local journalists reported that protesters attacked government buildings, set fire to automobiles and shops, and constructed barricades in the streets.

MI SOS Jocelyn Benson Loses ANOTHER Court Case!… Judge Rules Benson Doesn’t Have Authority To Have Poll Challengers Removed For Asking Too Many Questions… and MORE!

100 Percent Fed Up reports – On Oct 10, we reported about five individuals in Michigan who sued in MI Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and MI Director of Elections Jonathan Brater over their sudden creation of a new set of rules titled “The Appointments, Rights, and Duties of Poll Challengers and Election Workers,” only months before Michigan’s August 2, 2022, Primary Election.

The lawsuit, which was filed by Attorney Ann Howard in the MI Court of Claims, was joined together with a similar lawsuit filed by the RNC. The suit asked for an emergency injunction to compel MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brater to rescind the changes to their newly created “guidance” for poll challengers that was first implemented in the August 2022 Primary Election.

On the day of the Primary Election in Detroit, under the new guidance of MI Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson Jonathan Brater, an unknown third-party security group by the name of “ICU,” threw Braden Giacobazzi, an Independent poll challenger out of the former TCF Center (now the Huntington Place) for asking too many (legitimate) questions about ballots and the processes that he claims were not being followed. Braden’s story can be found here.

The video taken by 100 Percent Fed Up at the time of the incident shows the very respectful interaction between the Detroit Police Officer, and Braden Giacobazzi, who actually cites election law and explains how the ICU agents, hired by the Detroit City Clerk’s office were violating election law when they threw him out of the counting facility.

The new set of rules by Jocelyn Benson, the Soros-funded MI Democrat SOS, essentially ties the hands of poll challengers who have a constitutional right to examine the absentee ballot counting process. It is just one more example of how Benson consistently pushes the envelope and goes outside of the bounds of her job description by restricting members of the Republican Party, who she treats like an enemy, from overseeing the absentee ballot counting process.

‘Fragile’ Treasury market is at risk of ‘large scale forced selling’ or surprise that leads to breakdown, BofA says

The world’s deepest and most liquid fixed-income market is in big, big trouble.

For months, traders, academics, and other analysts have fretted that the $23.7 trillion Treasurys market might be the source of the next financial crisis. Then last week, U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen acknowledged concerns about a potential breakdown in the trading of government debt and expressed worry about “a loss of adequate liquidity in the market.” Now, strategists at BofA Securities have identified a list of reasons why U.S. government bonds are exposed to the risk of “large scale forced selling or an external surprise” at a time when the bond market is in need of a reliable group of big buyers.

“We believe the UST market is fragile and potentially one shock away from functioning challenges” arising from either “large scale forced selling or an external surprise,” said BofA strategists Mark Cabana, Ralph Axel and Adarsh Sinha. “A UST breakdown is not our base case, but it is a building tail risk.”

In a note released Thursday, they said “we are unsure where this forced selling might come from,” though they have some ideas. The analysts said they see risks that could arise from mutual-fund outflows, the unwinding of positions held by hedge funds, and the deleveraging of risk-parity strategies that were put in place to help investors diversify risk across assets.

In addition, the events which could surprise bond investors include acute year-end funding stresses; a Democratic sweep of the midterm elections, which is not currently a consensus expectation; and even a shift in the Bank of Japan’s yield curve control policy, according to the BofA strategists.

The BOJ’s yield curve control policy, aimed at keeping the 10-year yield on the country’s government bonds at around zero, is being pushed to a breaking point because of rising interest rates and yields worldwide. As a result, some expect the BOJ to tweak its policy, which was introduced in 2016 and is seen as increasingly out of line with other central banks.

Read: Here’s what’s at stake for markets as Bank of Japan sticks to its dovish path

Right now, investors are grappling with a cauldron of risks: persistent U.S. and global inflation, accompanied by continued interest rate increases by the Federal Reserve and other central banks, as well as lingering uncertainty about where the world’s economy and financial markets are headed. U.S. officials are so concerned about the potential for a repeat of the September volatility which gripped the U.K. bond market, that Fed and White House officials reportedly spent last week asking investors and economists if a similar meltdown could happen here, according to the New York Times.

Illiquidity in the ordinarily smooth-functioning Treasurys market means that government debt can’t be easily and quickly bought and sold without significantly impacting the underlying price of bonds — and that type of situation would theoretically translate into trouble for just about every other asset class.

Traders are just beginning to factor in a greater chance that the fed-funds rate target could go above 5% next year, versus a current level between 3% and 3.25%, which raises the likelihood of continued bond selloffs not long after investors just wrapped their heads around a 4% level for interest rates.

As of Thursday, 2- TMUBMUSD02Y, 4.603%, 10- TMUBMUSD10Y, 4.226% and 30-year yields TMUBMUSD30Y, 4.221% pressed further into their highest levels of the past 11 to 15 years. The rise in yields damped the appeal of stocks, with all three major U.S. indexes DJIA, -0.30% SPX, -0.80% COMP, -0.80% finishing lower for a second straight session.

The Funding of Democrats’ Corrupt Slush Fund, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Ruled Unconstitutional by 5th Circuit

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was a corrupt slush fund for the Democrats that never should have been created in the first place. This week the 5th Circuit found that the CFPB is unconstitutional.

The corrupt Democrats created the CFPB in the early part of the Biden Presidency. This corrupt organization was created through the regulatory mess known as Dodd-Frank.

The CFPB was funded by fines the Democrat-led entity put in place against US companies and then the Democrats used this money in the billions to fund their causes.

In 2017 after President Trump took over the CFPB was looked into the organization. This move threatened Elizabeth Warren and the American left who relied on the CFPB bank fines to fund their organizations.

When President Trump picked Mick Mulvaney to run the CFPB, the far-left hack in place would not leave. It took a judge to rule that the Democrat hack had no business assuming that she belonged in the top role of the CFPB as this decision is made by the President.

There have long been rumors that this entity was up to no good since it was another Democrat bureaucratic nightmare.

This week the funding mechanism of this corrupt entity was ruled unconstitutional.

The Fifth Circuit just ruled that the funding mechanism of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was unconstitutional.

“Congress’s decision to abdicate its appropriations power under the Constitution, i.e., to cede its power of the purse to the Bureau, violates the Constitution’s structural separation of powers,” a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in a case brought by a payday lending group against the CFPB’s 2017 payday lending rule.

In other words, they were improperly delegating something that was their responsibility — their power to exercise.

“Even among self-funded agencies, the Bureau is unique,” Judge Cory Wilson wrote Wednesday. “The Bureau’s perpetual self-directed, double-insulated funding structure goes a significant step further than that enjoyed by the other agencies on offer.”

We know that giving power to unaccountable bureaucracies — something that Democrats love to do, especially when they are in control of the bureaucracies — ends up being a bad idea, so this is a great decision.

Republican Rep. Tom Emmer tweeted that the GOP has a plan for the unconstitutional CFPB.

TikTok security issues would likely linger under Biden deal: report

The Chinese company, which ironically is banned in China, has over 1 billion users.

As the Biden administration mulls a prospective deal to retain TikTok in the United States, former national security officials worry the terms would leave the app's U.S. users open to data leaks, hacking and Chinese espionage.

"Unless they're going to rebuild the system in the United States at great expense, sooner or later, when something goes wrong, there's going to turn out to be only one engineer who knows how to fix it. And he or she is likely to be in China," national security lawyer Stewart Baker told Bloomberg of the deal.

Concerns over the app's harvesting of user data and its close relationship with the Chinese state have long worried American intelligence leaders. Former President Donald Trump previously sought to ban the app outright, though that ultimately did not occur. Details of the current proposal remain unknown, but it reportedly aims to protect American user data from Chinese actors and to restrict employees of TikTok and parent company ByteDance from accessing that information outside of the U.S.

Speaking to a group of industry experts, the outlet relayed skepticism that tightening restrictions on U.S. user data storage and access may not assuage U.S. intelligence concerns "no matter how strong a deal looks on paper."

The Chinese company, which ironically is banned in China, has over 1 billion users, per Bloomberg.

At least one federal lawmaker remains skeptical that TikTok can truly separate American data from the overall system. "They've shown repeatedly the ability to create this surveillance state that ought to scare the dickens out of all of us," Virginia Democratic Sen. Mark Warner said of China, per the outlet. "The burden of proof that you can really segregate American data, particularly if the code is still being written in China — that would be a tough case to make."
