Jim has said in a previous video that he would NOT store email addresses used for the purpose of allowing anons to promise, "I PROMISE."
Be aware that as time goes on, we gain a better understanding of what does and does not work. There's a lot going on behind the scenes, don't think admins are sitting on their hands. Not at all.
