Had a lengthy response to your speech yesterday on the ship show. Was going to explain the lack of posting and how there are sometimes more factors than "can't figure it out", but suffice it to say there are issues with how the current arrangement works and it's OK to acknowledge that while also understanding that sometimes folks have other stuff going on.
