Last Friday early in the morning in San Francisco the police arrived at the Pelosi home in San Francisco. They reportedly arrived on a wellness check, not a robbery. When the door opened the police reportedly saw Paul Pelosi and David DePape fighting over a hammer. The police did nothing until DePape allegedly pulled the hammer from the much older Pelosi and allegedly hit Pelosi on the head.

The story is full of holes. How did DePape get near the house without the cameras, security, police, and motion detectors locating him and stopping him? How did DePape get into the house without someone notifying the Pelosis?

For some reason, the camera footage from the house has not been released. Is this because it doesn’t match the narrative created by the FBI? Also, where is the camera footage from the police? Why is this not being released?

We heard that DePape was in the hospital as recently as Monday, along with Paul Pelosi. What are his injuries? Why don’t we know?

The media wasn’t allowed to be at the court hearing where DePape reportedly pled not guilty. No one has even seen DePape since this incident.

It was reported that DePape was in the hospital on Monday but another report says that he has been in jail since his arrest last Friday. Where is DePape and where has he been?

National Guard Cybersecurity Experts Ready to Help During Midterms: ‘We Are Citizen Soldiers’

National Guard cybersecurity experts are gearing up to assist during the midterm elections in multiple states in case of potential threats, officials said on Friday, Politico reported.

According to the outlet:

The support ahead, during and after the midterm elections in the 14 states on Tuesday comes after National Guard Cyber Forces provided support to eight states during primary elections earlier this year. Overall, there are 38 cyber units within the National Guard as a whole consisting of over 2,200 personnel that provide support to state and local officials on issues including network assessments and risk mitigation.

In supporting the midterms, National Guard officials will work and receive security updates from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, which is the key agency tasked with protecting election infrastructure against cyber threats.

The states participating are listed as North Carolina, Arizona, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, New Mexico, New York, Washington, and West Virginia.

Meanwhile, officials with the National Guard who will be supervising the security measures on Tuesday say the service component must invest more in units working against threats, Military.com reported Friday.

“We’re in the early days of cyber. We’re in the biplane era, the early years. Funding, policy, all the infrastructure we need is missing,” said Maj. Gen Richard Neely, who is the adjunct general of the Illinois National Guard.

“Some of our states do an extremely great job, but we’re all on a journey. Much like we need helicopters in every state, we need cyber capabilities in each state. And we need a robust structure to build around,” he added.

However, officials have reportedly not identified any specific cyber threats to the upcoming election.

Maj. Gen. Todd Hunt, adjutant general of the North Carolina National Guard, said his state has 10 cyber personnel but more officials will join them on Election Day.

Hunt explained, “We are citizen soldiers, we live in this state, and we do have a vested interest in our state elections as well as our federal elections.”

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden (D) this week warned citizens of Republicans taking power in the midterm elections, Breitbart News reported Wednesday:

“We the people must decide whether the rule of law will prevail or whether we will allow the dark forces and … thirst for power put ahead of the principles that have long guided us,” Biden said during a speech delivered inside Union Station.

Biden’s speech was sharply partisan, ignoring Democrats who protested the results of the 2016 election falsely declaring Trump an illegitimate president elected because of Russian influence. He also ignored incidents of Democrat political violence and political figures who refused to acknowledge legitimate elections.

Despite his warnings, Breitbart News Washington bureau chief Matt Boyle said during an interview Sunday, “The Republicans are clearly on a pathway to the majority” in the Senate.

100 Percent Fed Up exclusive– On June 13, The Gateway Pundit and 100 Percent Fed Up released Detroit drop box surveillance footage showing a US Postal worker wearing credentials around his neck and wearing what appears to be blue jeans, exiting an official US Post Office vehicle with a large stack of ballots. The ballots were deposited on October 26, 2020, SIX days before the general election.

As he leaves the US Postal vehicle, the passenger heads to the absentee ballot drop box, where he drops multiple ballots into the drop box while discreetly using his cell phone to take photos or a video of his activity. He’s holding the cell phone in his hand in the screenshot below.

The incident occurred at a drop box in front of the Liberty Temple Baptist Church at 1300 E. Seven Mile in Detroit. There is a US Post Office located only two miles away from the drop box used by the passenger of the US Postal vehicle.

Shortly after we released the video from October 26, we shared another video that was taken on November 2, 2020, showing a female US postal worker making multiple trips to an absentee ballot drop box. During a podcast with True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips, Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit and Patty McMurray of 100 Percent Fed Up explained how one US Postal worker could be seen making THREE trips in ONE day to the same drop box and depositing multiple ballots each time. (In the video, Jim Hoft inadvertently said the postal worker made four trips).

On her second trip to the absentee ballot drop box at the Liberty Temple Baptist Church, the female US Postal worker can be seen walking around the back of her official US Post Office vehicle. As she gets closer to the drop boxes, which are monitored by surveillance cameras, she can be seen pulling up her face mask. Does she suddenly pull up her face mask to prevent the spread of COVID while standing by herself at the drop box, or is she more concerned about being identified on the footage? On her fourth visit to the same drop box on the same day, the postal worker arrives with a stack of ballots that she deposits into the drop box, but this time, she’s driving a white SUV with no official US Postal markings while still wearing her US Postal worker uniform.

‘This Is A Disgrace’: Experts, GOP Reps Call On The Biden Admin To Shut Down A Secret Chinese Police Station In NYC

The U.S. government must launch a probe into the Chinese overseas law enforcement operation in New York City, experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation, as other countries raise the alarm over reports of police stations on their soil.

“How in God’s name could they openly have these communist police stations in our country?” Beau Dietl, retired NYPD detective, told the DCNF.

“This shows the Chinese Communist Party is not afraid to exert its will outside of China, and we should do all that we can to counter this behavior,” Senate Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Jim Risch of Idaho told the DCNF.

The U.S. government must immediately investigate and shutter the recently discovered overseas Chinese government police station in New York City for potential violation of U.S. laws, several experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

In 2022, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) established secret police stations in over 100 cities around the world to conduct intimidation and harassment operations against overseas Chinese, human rights organization Safeguard Defenders revealed in a September report. While other countries have announced probes into the alleged police stations, the location within American Changle Association — a Chinatown community organization in New York City — continues to operate outside legal boundaries and should be shut down, experts told the DCNF.

“This is a disgrace. How in God’s name could they openly have these communist police stations in our country?” Beau Dietl, a retired NYPD detective and current head of Beau Dietl & Associates private investigation firm, told the DCNF.

“Let’s try and go to Beijing and open up an American police station over there,” Dietl said. “The government of the United States should deal with this and throw them the hell out.”

The police stations, designated as “110 Overseas” — in reference to China’s emergency telephone number — bill themselves as purportedly helping overseas Chinese obtain driver’s licenses, manage dispute resolution and resolve vaguely defined “difficult problems,” according to Chinese media.

However, they also conduct “foreign strike operations” against individuals who run afoul of the CCP through intimidation, blackmail and forcible arrest, according to Safeguard Defenders. The Chinese government claims these operations aim to crack down on drug smuggling and telecommunications fraud.

“There has been a noticeable uptick in incidents where the Chinese government is targeting people on other nations’ soil,” Senate Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Jim Risch of Idaho, who also serves on the Senate’s intelligence committee, told the DCNF. “This shows the Chinese Communist Party is not afraid to exert its will outside of China, and we should do all that we can to counter this behavior.”

China’s overseas police stations enable the CCP to illegally monitor and oppress dissidents across the globe, Conor Healy, director of government research at the video surveillance research organization IPVM, told the DCNF. “I have met many individuals who have fled China fearing for their lives, who go on to be harassed and threatened in Canada and in the U.S.,” said Healy, who provided testimony on China’s surveillance state during the 2021 Uyghur Tribunal proceedings.

“These things simply should not be allowed to exist,” Healy added.

Thousands of grief-stricken South Korean residents have taken to the streets of Seoul to hold candlelight vigils and demand retribution for the 156 people who died in a crowd crush on Halloween.

On October 29, roughly 100,000 people gathered in Seoul's night club district of Itaewon to celebrate the first Halloween event in three years but as crowds packed in, young attendees were crushed and struggled to breathe.

Those attending vigils in the heart of Seoul commemorated the tragedy - which injured another 196 people - with the nation's grieving flowers, white chrysanthemums and candles.

However, below the mourning an anger simmered for the government officials perceived to have failed the young people who were killed that night.

Registered Democrat Arrested for Voting Machine Tampering – Allegedly Inserted USB Flash Drive into Voting Machine

Police in Colorado said they arrested a man on suspicion of tampering with voting equipment after he reportedly inserted a USB flash drive into the voting machine during the state’s primary election in June.

On Thursday, the Pueblo Police Department’s High-Tech Crime Unit arrested 31-year-old Richard Patton, a registered Democrat, in connection with an investigation into felony charges of tampering with voting equipment and misdemeanor charges of cybercrime-unauthorized access, according to ABC News.

It is not entirely clear what his motives are. Authorities claimed that no election data were accessed and that the incident on June 28 did not significantly disrupt the voting process.

However, experts warn that even failed breaches might become big problems in the days leading up to and on Tuesday’s midterm election.

According to court documents, Patton was being held without bond at the Pueblo County Judicial Center ahead of an advisement hearing that would take place later on Friday.

Gilbert Ortiz, Pueblo County’s clerk and recorder, confirmed Friday that Patton has been a registered Democratic voter since 2019, when he switched his affiliation from the Green Party.

Election officials in Colorado use locks and tamper-evident seals on voting equipment, so it becomes apparent if someone has tried to access it. Trigger alerts make machines inoperable if someone tries to tamper with them, which is what happened in Pueblo, according to Ortiz and the Colorado Secretary of State’s office.

On the afternoon of June 28, poll workers heard noises coming from a voting booth. When a poll worker went to investigate and clean the machine, they saw an error message and notified a supervisor. Tamper-evident seals on the machine appeared to be disturbed, the secretary’s office said. The machine was immediately taken out of service for investigation.

On Thursday, another incident happened in Colorado related to the election.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Colorado authorities are in the midst of investigating a mail-in ballot that contained a mysterious powdery white substance.

Local law enforcement agencies were called to the Adams County elections office after personnel discovered a ballot containing an unknown chemical.

As a response, local law enforcement agencies showed up in Hazmat suits to take the substance to a lab.

Per the Colorado Sun, “Initial testing indicated the substance is not toxic, said Adams County Clerk Josh Zygielbaum, but it will take as many as five days before officials know for sure if the substance is benign.”

Colorado law enforcement agents did well to respond to the scene with caution because there have been in times past wear extremely deadly poison has been mailed to notable figures in an attempt to assassinate them.

New York Volunteer Dies After Participating in Controversial Gene-Editing Therapy Study – Scientists were Baffled What Killed Him

A controversial gene-editing technology trial with only one participant ended in tragedy, and scientists were baffled and seeking to determine what killed the man, AP reported.

Terry Horgan of Montour Falls, New York, 27, enrolled in the trial in late August in hopes of finding a treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a genetic disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration and weakness due to the alterations of a protein called dystrophin that helps keep muscle cells intact.

Terry Horgan passed away in October according to Cure Rare Disease, a Connecticut-based foundation that Terry Horgan’s brother, Rich, founded to try to save him from the rare disease.

The organization has already issued a statement indicating that researchers from all around the country are currently investigating the research and that the results will be made public.

“It will probably be 3-4 months to come up with a full conclusion,” said spokesman Scott Bauman. “At this stage of the game, saying anything is pure speculation.”

Horgan was the sole volunteer in the country to be treated using CRISPR, an acronym for Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats.

It is a technique that edits genes by precisely cutting DNA and then letting natural DNA repair processes to take over.
