MICHAEL SPIVAK brought to life the 1986 Night Walk TV series by assembling top Toronto area jazz musicians, composing all songs and writing all lyrics, and producing sound sessions in a Global Television Network studio, as well as hiring Bill Elliott to direct visual elements in what is now considered an early example of “slow TV.”
