Not doubt. I guess there is always a chance that a pre-emptive move can be misinterpreted as an unprovoked and unnecessary bullying. In fact, I don’t think he ever criticized anyone without good reason. The objects of Trumps banter have usually started it. In DeSantis’ case, I did not know about the latest intrigue. Too bad. I think DeSantis is one of the best governors we have. With 20/30 hindsight and driving from the back seat, I think Trump could have approached DeSantis. But mebbe Trump is after bigger prey. Needs to let them do their thing. Idk.

Can you say exactly what DESANTIS did? All I have heard so far is that McCarthy and Ryan aporached him. But did he take a bite from the poisonous spple? Has he made statements, actions to indicate he’a all in on this thing?
