Anon, i've been going thru the archives from Jan 2021 and came across a bunch of others who were discussing same thing. Breads in the 16xxx range in the local archives.
I had noticed the wikileaks files being dated 1984 when looking at some 9/11 files and thought it was odd.
Found a free tool (haven't used it yet) that will restore the original dates from the meta tags. Which could be part of the solution.
I had to get the tool from the wayback machine. I'll find it and repost. Thought I bookmarked it.
