just noticed that there's a page in the sample ballot offering translated materials in 18 (EIGHTEEN!) other languages, some of which I don't recognize. The only other official language I know of in the US is Spanish but only in NM and PR. Seems to me that naturalized citizens are supposed to know English. So why are we translating voting materials?
