Supreme Court document of plaintiff that I came across.

He was ultimately denied a hearing, at every level he pleaded.

But this was so good. 37 pages of his research on why

his rights were violated when the state set out to determine

his level of child support.

He defended himself. And did a good job. Probably overkill.

A great and easy read.

Larael Owens vs (wife, and several persons)

This man is self-defending and has done a ton of research,

and is making

a grand argument that he cannot be forced to pay child support

without proof of need, and that his divorce is a civil action

w/o jurisdiction of the IRS, banks, etc to treat him criminally.

The entire case he submits is very readable and interesting.

He was denied a hearing all the way to Supreme Court.

He believes he was deprived of his rights to a full hearing of his grievances.

I think denied hearing because no one wants to swim in the child support laws.

I came across the case looking for demonstrations of limits of

immunity by government officers and authorities.

One of which is Congress itself.

They should not be immune from liability.

They are under oath to uphold the Constitution.

To NOT live up to that oath is treason.
