I haven't been over there for ages, but if the original BO (Q) abandoned it long enough, then it could have been claimed by anyone that JW approved…..
Or JW may have taken it over himself to produce more fuckery to apportion it to "Q" and drive traffic for his sites…follow the money/grift, as usual
